We designed and built the Over the Shoulder platform so that qualitative researchers and insight-seekers can have unprecedented access to their target consumer's daily lives, truths and reality and deliver more powerful consumer insight.

Uses very sophisticated IT platform to access and display real time data from individual SMARTPHONES. We can gather insights on the individuals DAILY habits, preferences, interests, etc, and then use the well structured data base to search, sort and make comments on our analytic interpretations-very user friendly. What do you dislike?
Rarely--and only initially when we were trying out the software..we experienced "co-mingled" data from several individuals into 1 account/individual. We quickly cleared this up by re-setting our search and filter settings. I also would like a few less and a few different headings for storing our results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
gaining invaluable insights as to what drives our customers/clients to buy and commit to certain brands and projects. Indeed, this is what this platform enables us to do, as the SMARTPHONE is where most daily activity in this regard takes place. We can clearly see what interests and decisions are made , what attracts and appeals to our base, easy to see and interpret so we can use this data to directly interface with outr marketing plans.
