I really like how Userback provides an easy way for our users to give feedback, whether it's a bug report or a compliment, in just one quick entry. It's super easy for them. The video and screenshots that come in with most feedback entries are very helpful. The team behind Userback is responsive, and I had everything up and running in about 15 minutes. Setting up a few webhooks, integrating with Slack, and even making a small API call for users to see their feedback was possible within the first couple of hours.

Userback just works. It's super intuitive to use, and it's super easy to explain to users how to leave feedback because they can just download a Chrome extension, take a screenshot, and add annotations. It's also super convenient for us in terms of project management, and we use the Kanban feature to move tickets through their resolution life cycle. The support team is also awesome and super responsive.

It's really easy for my clients to use, and reasonably priced. Love that it syncs with the project management tools I use - makes it really easy to manage getting the work done.
