## Hubble Reviews
  ### 1. Easy, Intuitive User Research with Meaningful Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ranjith N. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble is very easy to use and makes it simple to set up user research studies without a lot of overhead. I like that the platform supports different research needs, including surveys, usability testing, and prototype feedback, all in one place. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and the team has been very responsive whenever we have questions. Overall, it helps us move faster while still collecting meaningful user insights.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

There is not much to dislike. Some advanced reporting or analysis workflows could always be expanded further, but the core experience is strong and the team seems open to feedback and product improvements.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble helps us collect user feedback earlier and more consistently during the product development process. Instead of waiting until after launch, we can validate ideas, test prototypes, and understand user pain points before investing more engineering time. This has helped us make better product decisions, reduce guesswork, and build experiences that are more aligned with customer needs. Their AI moderated Interviews is a big win for my team as we expand conducting moderating interviews at scale.

  ### 2. Fast, Streamlined Research with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabrina V. | Product Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

What I like best about Hubble is how quickly it allows our team to run research and turn feedback into actionable product decisions. We’ve primarily used it for concept testing, prototype testing, and surveys, and it has helped streamline validation during multiple stages of the design process.

We have been able to identify bias very quickly by running internal and external tests simultaneously, this was fun and easy to set up.

Another thing I’ve appreciated is that the Hubble team has been very responsive and helpful whenever questions come up, which made onboarding and continued usage smoother for our team.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

One limitation I’ve run into is when setting up more complex or multi-part usability studies. For example, when testing A, B, and C design variants, I’d like more flexibility in how study sections and related questions are grouped and organized within the setup flow.

Right now, when clicking through the entire study, it can become harder to quickly scan and understand which questions belong to which variant, especially as studies grow in size or complexity. Having clearer grouping, labeling, or collapsible sections for each variant would make study setup and review much more efficient and easier to manage.

That said, the platform is still very valuable for fast validation and usability feedback.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble helps us validate product and design decisions earlier and more consistently throughout the UX process. Instead of relying primarily on internal assumptions or waiting until development to gather feedback, we’re able to test concepts, prototypes, and surveys directly with users and use those insights to guide decisions.
One of the biggest benefits has been speed of validation. Rather than treating research as a large standalone initiative, we’re able to run smaller validation studies throughout the design cycle, which helps us refine experiences incrementally and build more confidence in design direction over time.

  ### 3. Responsive Team, Easy Platform, and High-Value AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric S. | Head of Product Design and Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

The team is very responsive. At times, it genuinely feels like they’re part of our own team. The platform is easy to use. We’re also getting a lot of value from their AI features, like the AI moderator and their MCP server, which we use to quickly and easily create reports from the studies we run.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Because the UX is different from usertesting.com, which we previously used, there’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to setting up tests. Fortunately, the Hubble team is very helpful with enablement and makes it easy to get up to speed.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble is our user testing platform. We’re constantly testing our solutions to ensure we’re bringing the most helpful and usable product to market. Since we work in the home electrification industry, our products can be complex for homeowners, so being able to quickly test with actual users, assess what’s working, and iterate before building and bringing things to market is a huge boon.

  ### 4. A seamless and powerful research tool for any team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara B. | Product Designer/UX Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

I appreciate how intuitive and robust Hubble is. When I used it for the first time, I found myself building my concept test without wondering where or how to accomplish what I needed for the study. Everything is straightforward and looks really clean when sending out to participants, creating a professional and polished experience. I particularly love how Hubble allows you to group questions and tasks, providing the ability to design, duplicate, and organize questions more efficiently and consistently.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

There are some features I would find helpful on the analysis side, such as filtering summary content based on a participant's answer to a certain question (i.e., only showing respondent answers if they selected "A" for question 1). Occasionally, screen sharing recordings didn't work or participants shared the wrong screen. That said, the Hubble team was very proactive and supportive in expanding recruiting to replace those responses and providing extra credits, which I greatly appreciated.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows my (very small) team to conduct research and test designs with users in order to gain meaningful insights and build better products. It unlocks our ability to make sure user research remains a part of the development process and validates our assumptions and ideas.

  ### 5. Flexible Research Tools for Modern Product Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moxie W. | Head of Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble makes it easy to run lightweight research and validation activities at speed. Surveys, unmoderated tests, and preference testing allow us to gather actionable feedback quickly, helping our team validate ideas, reduce risk, and make more informed product decisions without the overhead of larger research studies.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Our primary challenge isn’t with the product itself, but with fully maximizing everything Hubble offers. Different workstreams require different research approaches, so we tend to concentrate on a subset of capabilities that deliver the most immediate value, while other features are used less frequently. Despite that, Hubble has consistently adapted to our needs through flexible support, integrations, and scaling options such as seat and credit expansion. Continued investment in helping teams discover and operationalize more of the platform’s capabilities would make it even more valuable over time.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble helps us de-risk product decisions by creating a scalable way to incorporate customer feedback into our product development process. We use it across experience research, workflow evaluation, product validation, concept testing, and feature exploration to better understand user needs and preferences before committing significant design and engineering resources.

The platform's greatest value for our team comes from enabling fast, lightweight research at key decision points. Surveys, unmoderated testing, and preference studies help us validate assumptions, identify friction, and gather evidence that informs prioritization and design decisions. This has improved both the speed and quality of our decision-making by ensuring product conversations are grounded in customer insights rather than assumptions alone.

  ### 6. Powerful In-Product Research and Recruitment, but Integrations and UI Need Refinement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble has been a really useful addition to our research toolkit because it brings together functionality that would otherwise require multiple tools. One of the biggest differentiators for us is its in-product research capabilities, which we haven't found in many comparable platforms. Their pricing was much less than others we looked into too.

I've also enjoyed the participant recruitment experience. One thing that was new to me compared to other research platforms is that you can review participant applications and decide who to accept into a study. That extra level of control has been valuable and helps us feel more confident that we're recruiting the right participants for our research.

The AI moderator has also been useful, and we've seen noticeable improvements over the past year. It's become much easier to provide prompting instructions, define interview questions, and set probing guidelines, which has improved the quality of the sessions and insights we receive.

The best part of working with Hubble, though, has been the product team. They've been very receptive to feedback and feature requests. We've shared ideas for improvements and have often seen updates rolled out in a relatively short amount of time. As a customer, it's refreshing to feel like your feedback is genuinely heard and can have an impact on the product roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

There are a few areas where I'd like to see Hubble continue to improve. The biggest gap for our team is integrations. For example, Hubble currently integrates with Slack, but not Microsoft Teams, and it doesn't have a direct integration with Dovetail. Because of that, moving research data into our repository still requires some manual work.

There are also parts of the UI that can feel a bit confusing at times. For example, there are many different question types available within the 'questions' tab of the study builder, and it can take some time to understand where to adjust that within the UI.

One smaller usability issue is how participants are automatically assigned random animal-and-color names. While I understand the privacy rationale, I would appreciate the ability to rename or customize participant labels within the platform, as the autogenerated names can sometimes be distracting when reviewing research.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We adopted Hubble because we wanted to add in-product research and AI-moderated interviews to our research stack (capabilities that our existing tools didn't provide). Hubble has enabled us to expand our research methods without needing to add multiple new platforms.

It's also helping us meet a broader organizational push to incorporate more AI into our research processes. Features like AI-moderated interviews and the AI study generator have made it easier to experiment with and scale AI-assisted research in a practical way.

One of the biggest benefits has been the ability to collect more research data asynchronously. By allowing participants to complete studies on their own time and leveraging AI-supported workflows, our team can gather insights more efficiently while freeing up researcher time for activities that require deeper analysis, synthesis, and strategic thinking.

  ### 7. Research Insights Made Easy

  ### 21. Great product for unmoderated testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble filled an important gap in our tech stack. While our team already had solid moderated testing processes in place, we lacked a platform for quick unmoderated testing, such as card sorts or prototype tests. Hubble’s easy to use platform addressed this need effectively and I was glad to be able to complement my moderated studies with its robust set of unmoderated tasks that I could string together. In particular, I like that there is an AI moderated interview question type that I can insert as part of a study, without making the whole study AI-moderated (sometimes you gotta get a mix!)

I also deeply appreciate their support team; whenever we provided feedback, the Hubble team was responsive, willing to investigate further, and eager to suggest solutions.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Looking forward to more robust question display logic & finer controls over the AI moderation scope.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complementing our moderated research studies with an unmoderated option, allowing us to quickly test prototypes and concepts. Like the Figma and live site integration.

It's a young product, so it lacks polish in some areas, but the team is incredibly responsive and it doesn't get in the way of my workflows.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble allows me to research more frequently and with less effort. Ultimately, my team does more research now.

  ### 23. Easy to use + Great support team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Our design team moved over from another user testing platform, and I was initially worried about having to relearn an entirely new system. But Hubble made the transition seamless! The layout is intuitive, the prototyping works well, and their AI-generated summaries for open-ended questions are incredibly useful.

Their support team rocks! They're responsive, communicative, and quick to keep us updated whenever bug issues come up.

Since Hubble is still a fairly new platform, there’s always room for improvement, but the team has been very open to feedback. We’ve already seen frequent updates and new features roll out, which makes it clear they’re listening to their users.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

There isn't anything to dislike at the moment. They listen to our concerns and try to address them as needed.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble solves our problems of conducting user testing and research, which helps our team validate designs

  ### 24. Hubble is fantastic for small design team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Honestly, it would have to be the people running it! Every single time myself or my designers have a suggestion, Brian and his crew make it happen. Hubble feels just as agile as our company is, which is a breath of fresh air after departing from Maze. The price is great for what you get.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

I would say their AI reports are not as smart as they probably could be. This is a relatively new feature, so I am sure it will get fleshed out but some user responses in, stack rank questions as an example, will get replaced by random characters so its harder to parse through. Other than that, though its a wonderful feature.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us get tests of all kind through the door quickly. If we run into a proble, the team is always ready to respond quickly.

  ### 25. Solid platform and exceptional customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Honestly, I've had a lot of bad experiences with several user testing platforms, which is ironic. But Hubble is pretty slick, generally works well and we know our account exec personally at this point. He has *just the right amount* of involvement. Always available for questions of any kind and never harassing our team with his agenda.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

We've had some glitches when participants are logging in for interviews, but not often. There are some features lacking, but they're actively improving on a regular basis. I can see this platform having parody with the biggest players in short time.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are seeking to conduct qualitative interviews and needed to recruit participants for this work through their platform. This ability is something that should become available in the next few months, but for now, our dedicated Hubble user researcher, Jin, is assisting in recruiting, which is normally an expensive service if we were to go elsewhere. So I would call that above and beyond effort to remedy the situation.

  ### 26. Easy, direct access to our users!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda F. | Group Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

The Hubble interface is extremely intuitive, making it easy for anyone to put a study together quickly to get meaningful insight directly from their users. There is a great library of survey templates for both unmoderated and in-product research to help ensure you use the right format to glean the right type of feedback which is wildly helpful. Responses and results are easily exportable to organize on your own, and there is also a great feature that provides a helpful summer of key takeaways. As a product manager, it's a great tool to get feedback directly from users when, where, and how you need it. Love Hubble!

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

I can't think of anything at the moment.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to users and feedback - it's the most important component to product management, and yet can be a job in and of itself to maintain an ongoing flow of helpful, meaningful feedback. Hubble helps bridge that gap!

  ### 27. Intuitive User Testing Suite You Can Count On

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

The unmoderated tests I can conduct are incredibly powerful. The ability to directly link tests to Figma and website prototypes is further enhanced when I have the capability to record sessions and ask follow-up quantitative and qualitative questions. Ultimately, Hubble empowers small, underfunded teams with the functions and capabilities that larger, well-funded teams previously had exclusive access to.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

I’ve encountered some rather debilitating bugs that hinder the collection of accurate and comprehensive data from my surveys. Fortunately, the Hubble team promptly addressed these issues. However, when you invest time and resources in training users to conduct your surveys, only to discover at the end of all the testing that the data is missing or inaccurate due to a bug, it can be quite disheartening. The damage is done at that point, and the only option you have is to move on to the next survey.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Granting my small team access to professional user testing software without big $$$

  ### 28. An all-in-one platform to streamline your user testing and research process

Setting up tests and recruting is straightforward and efficient allowing us to connect with the right audience, ensuring we can gather valuable insights for refining our designs.

Hubble stands apart from other platform due to their team of industry experts and amazing support capabilities. They work with our team to ensure studies are maximizing it's potential and we are able to pull valuable insights. It doesn’t just feel like a platform, it feels like an extention of our team.

Hubble's analytic dashboard features are a great way to get a high-level view of study insights and help uncover trends and areas needing attention. The video and transcription tools are key features our team utilizes frequently to dive deeper into usability tests and gather more qualitative feedback

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

As of now, I don't have any dislikes to share.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble helps us conduct usability testing and user research more efficiently. It streamlines test setup, participant recruitment, and feedback, helping us to identify potential usability issues and gather meaningful insights.

  ### 29. Wonderful research tool with a flying customer service

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Very intuitive and easy to setup a research study. There are templates and questions library to utilize. The Hubble team is very proactive in checking in with our team and answering any questions and support requests.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

There have been times when Figma prototype and Hubble didn't get along. Most of small issues have been immediately fixed or were already on their roadmap. So no real issues.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time-saving:
Ability to run unmoderate, remote studies

Stakeholder management:
Present the research findings to stakeholders faster and easier

Upskilling:
New tool and methodology for some of our team members

  ### 30. Hubble is a must-have for product teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaylon B. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Easy-to-use interface, seamless figma integration, ability to conduct unmoderated studies and recruit users with the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

No ability to upload images to be used as multiple choice answers. I would also like to see Hubble implement a way to bulk summarize screen recorded feedback.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble has allowed the product team to gain better insights into our users, by allowing us to pressure test different mockup UIs, user flows, interactions, etc. We're also able to easily get feedback on any content in our current product thanks to their easy-to-use SDK. The team over at Hubble are very quick to respond to any questions we may have and lend a helping hand in an expeditious manner.

  ### 31. An intuitive and flexible tool for unmoderated testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble's platform is both intuitive and user-friendly, which makes setting up studies easy and straightforward. I really appreciate the flexibility it offers to customize questions and tasks exactly how we need them, something that can be limited in other unmoderated testing tools.

I’ve found it especially helpful when working with Figma prototypes, because it allows participants to navigate different paths while recording their screens and audio, and provides insights into the flows users take, so it's easier for us to understand their journey.

Additionally, we really appreciate how responsive the Hubble team has been to our feedback. They've been proactive in helping us resolve issues and working on the improvements we've suggested.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

We've had users report that prototype testing can be slow, which makes it difficult for them to complete the entire flow. While some of this may stem from the components used in Figma, the overall lag affects the user experience and can reduce the motivation to finish the test. We’ve shared this feedback with the Hubble team, and they are actively considering improvements to address the issue.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble is solving our need for a reliable unmoderated testing tool. We often use it for prototype testing to validate simple hypotheses or to assess the user experience on our website. Since we're constantly iterating on research at a fast pace, having Hubble to help us gather insights efficiently has been incredibly valuable to our process.

  ### 32. Solid up and coming unmoderated user testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble is an excellent value unmoderated user testing tool. You really can't beat it for it's price point in the market. Whilst still being in a relatively new start up mode, the team are constantly adding new functionality and improving existing functionality. The tool contains all the core functionality you'd expect from an established tool with more advanced features being added every couple of weeks. The team are also extremely accessible, open to feedback, and very prompt addressing any issues or improvements suggested from their customers.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Hubble is still a relatively new player in the market of user testing tools, so whilst it delivers on all the basics you'd expect from such a tool, the team are still refining existing functionality whilst also regularly adding new functions. Whilst you're more likely to come across a minor 'bug' than some more established tools, the Hubble team are very accessible and prompt in addressing any issues (often with hours). This provided our company with the confidence needed to commit to the tool longer term.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble helps our organisation experiment with and test prototypes while efficiently gathering real user insights to help drive solutions our customers love.

  ### 33. Hubble has helped our team validate our design decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble has made it easy for the product design team at Greenhouse to make data-driven decisions about our designs. Our team has had Hubble for less than a year, and in that time, they've added a lot of new testing functionality such as tree testing, stack ranking, image testing, etc. They've also added other benefits that make it easier for teams to gather data from participants (i.e. NDAs, legal screens, screen recording).

Recruiting participants has always been hard for us, but Hubble has also made this a breeze.

Their support team also acts on feedback swiftly. For example, once I was running a session with image testing. The UI confused our participants which caused them to enter incorrect data. When we brought this to the team at Hubble, they quickly modified the UI and updated our research data for us.

A+ customer support
A+ getting features out quickly
A+ easy onboarding and implementation

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Figma doesn't always play nice with Hubble - we've had some laggy prototypes and have had to create prototypes separate from our main design files in the past, but we've noticed Figma support getting much better!

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Validating design decisions

  ### 34. Intuitive, fast, and backed by a great team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive to set up. I was able to launch an unmoderated study without needing to reference any external guides — it made sense right out of the box.

The team behind Hubble is also fantastic—super responsive and genuinely helpful. When I ran into an issue, they assisted me right away.

I’ve also been impressed by how quickly they roll out new features. Since my last study, they’ve added AI capabilities that make analyzing data and generating insights much more efficient. Once participants were invited, the process was seamless—by the next day, I had full participation and all the data I needed to get started.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

One area that could use a bit more polish is selecting participants for unmoderated studies. The process isn’t as smooth as the rest of the platform, but I’ve already shared this feedback with the team, and I have no doubt they’ll refine it. That said, once participants were invited, everything moved quickly, and the overall experience was still excellent.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helped me get to some root problems in reporting terminology, ones that we knew existed (or could all feel) but I wanted data to back up those feelings, and give us a solid direction.

  ### 35. Massive time saver for user testing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke H. | Head of UX and Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

The tests we design with Hubble are fully automated which is a huge time saver. The test builder is super flexible and the results are easy to access and analyse. The community is growing and getting quick support is very easy. The new AI feature is also great. Thanks Hubble!

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Nothing major. A few small things to fix, but I am confident as the product grows these will be fixed.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User research is time consuming and the data is often hard to analyse. Hubble solve this with automation and AI.

  ### 36. I pretty solid research tool that is user friendly and great for unmoderated research.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan A. | UX Design Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

I do like the UI and the ease of use of the platform. Didn't feel like I ever needed support to hit the ground running.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

No major dislikes honestly. It's relatively new so the bugs are expected somewhat and the suite is a bit limited.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Establishing a design research practice with a company new to user research.

  ### 37. Hubble: Great new upcoming user testing platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble was great for advanced prototyping, in product surveys, and user recruiting, all in one place. The UI was beautiful, it was easy to create surveys.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

The pricing was on the higher end of the market, which was unfortunate. Also, there was some issues with how the tests appeared to participants that I wish we could customize. All these things come in time with a new product.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble was letting us build our user testing and send it out in a quick and easy way.

  ### 38. Love Hubble!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I love how hands-on the product team is as well. They are always listening to customers for ways to continue to improve the product.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

When we first started using Hubble there were limitations, but the product has grown and improved tremendously in the year and a half we have been using it.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to test solutions with usability tests and are also able to collect real-time feedback from users in our products.

  ### 39. Powerful user-research tool for product design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John C. | Senior Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble has been a game-changer for the way our product team conducts user research (without a dedicated researcher). The platform is packed with tools for everything from information architecture to usability testing, and it helps us cover all aspects of research in one place. I also love how easy it is to use, and the research templates make it simple to get started without having to start from scratch. We can conduct research for both existing users and prospective customers, which has opened up the possibility to test with the exact audience we need. Their team is super responsive and always helps us keep things moving fast, which is a huge plus. Overall, Hubble lets us run research quickly and make solid, data-backed decisions with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

None - there are always new features getting shipped, so the product keeps getting better over time. The team also iterates quickly when we give feedback.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal and external user research. Hubble addresses both audiences, which helps me test with different groups of people.

  ### 40. Great, practical tool with a responsive team and a simple UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John G. | Technical Writer/Editor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

The team is very responsive to questions and feedback
UI is easy to understand and use
Lots of features already - Figma plugins, prototype testing, card sorts, and so on.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Some small UI tweaks & edge cases that regularly get fixed

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a lightweight, easy to use research tool that would work for prototype testing and different qualitative research like card sorts, asynchronous surveys, etc.

  ### 41. Robust tools for creating unmoderated studies

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

I've used quite a few user testing tools over my career, and Hubble sits up there with the few tools that I prefer and recommend. Hubble offers ways to test your Figma prototype like most tools these day do. But you can also share links to a website or Axure prototype and create a study around that as well, which very few tools seem to allow for. That alone can be a deal breaker for some. There are lots of templates to choose from to help start you off but the UI is easy enough that you can create your own studies from scratch. The results are presented in a summary view or a more traditional tabular view, but you also have the option to export your collected data. For your unmoderated studies, you can recruit participants directly through the app for a certain amount of credit.

Hubble has their own Slack that their team is very active on, so it's really convenient to get support in a timely manner. They're very responsive to bugs, ideas, and suggestions which is much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

There are some quirks in setup of unmoderated studies that could use some polish to make it more efficient. They're not show-stoppers by any means but does slow things down the more complex your studies become. The exporting of data to csv doesn't export some columns of data that shows up in the web UI, namely whether or not the participant completed the test/prototye or not.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company needed a way to test concepts and gather feedback from users through unmoderated means.

  ### 42. Easy Setup and Great Support with Hubble

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

We've used Hubble for in-product surveys, and the experience has been seamless. The setup and integration were straightforward, allowing us to quickly implement it into our workflow. The clean, simple design ensures it blends effortlessly into any product interface. Additionally, their support team is highly responsive, consistently addressing our questions and requests in a timely manner. Hubble genuinely makes me do my job faster and more efficiently. I highly recommend it to anyone with research needs.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Nothing in particular. The team has always worked hard to address customer requests. I know more features are on the way, and I’m looking forward to them!

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble makes it easy to gather user feedback quickly through surveys and unmoderated tests. This helps me understand user needs and preferences faster, allowing for more informed decisions and improvements in our product.

  ### 43. A great solution for an entire UX ecosystem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pete B. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

I usually don't give a perfect 10 on an NPS, and certainly rarely do product reviews, but Hubble really deserves it. The platform has been a game-changer for our UX needs, and the team is outstanding.

We used to juggle multiple tools for product feedback and user engagement. One for surveys, another for finding new users, and analytics that were hit or miss. Hubble simplifies the entire process. User recruitment is seamless, which is a huge relief for anyone in B2B. Finding users for work-related interviews used to be a nightmare, but Hubble’s integrated solution makes it easy to recruit and gather feedback. Their prototype testing is top-notch; it's so much easier to use compared to other platforms that require screenshots, Figma integrations, or struggle with certain browsers.

The product integrations are also impressive. In-product surveys are well-designed and timely, and the UX is solid and constantly improving. Plus, in Product we have no need to bug the engineering team to add features – it’s all very user-friendly.

And the team? They’re fantastic. Direct communication through Slack for support, guidance, and issues is a game-changer. They respond quickly and are incredibly helpful. This level of customer support is rare, but oh so refreshing.

Using Hubble has been a joy, and that’s why they get a 10 from me.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Hubble is still a startup. I personally think there's a lot of benefits to that, like the super great communication and the rapid response times. I find that the be something I enjoy, but perhaps others would want a large, big company with 10+ years of product development. I've found those companies can be slow and outdated, but perhaps others would think differently.

So if that's something that would push you away, then perhaps something to consider. If you're in the startup game yourself though, I think you'll understand the benefits of working with a smaller team that's laser-focused on solving your issues, even if they haven't been around for a decade already.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our key problems -- finding the right users, finding their pain points with our experience, and getting better solutions. The integrated prototype testing is great especially because it helps find the HIDDEN issues that users have. Sometimes they won't verbalize or can't verbalize, so having a great way to prototype and see their experience is super.

  ### 44. Attentive team & useful product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Brian and the team at Hubble really took the time to talk to me about my needs as a customer, and also was very considerate of our budgets and timeline.

The product was easy to install on our platform, and it was straightforward to get responses right away. It fulfilled our exact needs for the stage of our company, and I found the slack community very helpful to my experience.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Some might find the features a little bare bones, but I know there are features that are coming through the pipeline that I wanted to try in the near future. An example of that is integrating user testers directly into the product. However, I think if you really want a key feature that others don't have (Unmoderated surveys that connect to Figma), then it's worth a shot just for that feature.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted a hands-off way to get more user feedback on product wireframes, but didn't have a way to do that naturally in product.

  ### 45. Smooth Integration and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2024

Hubble has been a fantastic tool for running in-product surveys. The setup was incredibly simple, and integrating it into our system was quick and easy. Its intuitive design works seamlessly within our product, making it easy for us to gather insights without disrupting the user experience. The customer support team is excellent—always responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues. Hubble has significantly improved our efficiency, allowing us to get things done faster. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of research tools.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

No complaints. The team is always attentive to customer needs, and they're constantly working on new features, which I'm excited to see soon! You request features, they ship very quickly!!

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble solves the challenge of gathering in-product survey data efficiently. Its seamless integration allows us to collect user feedback without disruption, enabling quicker, data-driven decisions. This boosts productivity, improves our product based on real insights, and saves time by simplifying the feedback process.

  ### 46. Best tool for product teams to conduct user research

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

We have been using it for our pop over surveys as well as Figma prototype tests. Their SDK is really easy to install and it integrates well with our Segment account. They also offer a really large pool of testers that have been really helpful for our usability testing projects. We get great support from their customer success team and product is really easy to use. We used to use UserTesting and we decided to switch.

Highly recommend for teams looking for a more unified tool that can help them with different types of user research.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Nothing specific thus far. Maybe adding better documentation to guide our developers with the in-product SDK would be good.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having some trouble with the existing provider for our in-app surveys, so we decided to give Hubble a try and it's been working really well. We increased our NPS data collection by more than 60% on a weekly basis after using Hubble. In addition, we use their prototype usability testing feature to collect feedback on our new designs. We use this every time we have to test a feature on a project because its really easy to set up and it can help us get something in front of our users.

  ### 47. Awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 명학 . | Front-end Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

We use Hubble to collect continuous feedback from our customers. It's web SDK has been really helpful in launching in-product surveys and recruiting research participants from our product so that our team can rapidly collect insights and make data driven decisions

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

No complaints. Keep doing great work! I like this product.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company operates one of the biggest independent seller networks, and I'm responsible for building the software tools that they use to market and sell their products. Before, we were having trouble collecting real-time feedback from users, and it was really hard to get real-time interviews with them. Hubble provides the tools that we need to collect feedback from our sellers in all stages. We heavily use their in-product surveys as well as their prototype tests and participant recruitment features for rapid iteration and design testing.
