It is essential to schedule your offerings based on your personal and professional planner. If you know you will be on holiday for a few weeks, hold back on applying for interviews. I offer my services when I know I'm available, and the interviews are in areas where I feel I can benefit the business. I don't think there is a magic number to how many you should do. However, I do see that if the same people interview for the same categories, it could skew the feedback. Last, some people are naturally good at evaluating and communicating professional feedback, which is very helpful. They may want to interview more often than those who aren't as helpful.
