What do you like best about Userback?
It's really easy for my clients to use, and reasonably priced. Love that it syncs with the project management tools I use - makes it really easy to manage getting the work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Userback?
To start, it did take a bit of figuring out to get around. I also don't really like how the comments are added to the screenshots. I prefer just being able to add text to the screenshot image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
