What do you like best about Userback?

Its really easy for my clients to use, and reasonably priced. Love that it syncs with the project management tools I use - makes it really easy to manage getting the work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

To start, it did take a bit of figuring out to get around. I also don't really like how the comments are added to the screenshots. I prefer just being able to add text to the screenshot image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?

Userback makes it so easy to get feedback on website projects. Its much better than endless emails, random screenshots, and vague comments. It saves my clients and my team so much time in the review phase of all our projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
