What do you like best about Userfeel?

The tester screening questions make it easy to get testers who meet our demographic criteria. Userfeel is an excellent tool that helps improve usability, validates design choices, and ensures our product works well for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userfeel?

Credits are specific to each project and must be moved to another project to be used there. The process for transferring credits wasn’t very clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool is excellent for observing real user interactions, identifying pain points, and collecting feedback throughout development.
