The platform supports two types of users: Business Users and Testers

Business Users can upload Figma designs, prototypes, or product concepts to gather feedback from real users before launch. They can evaluate upcoming features, compare multiple design options, validate usability, and understand whether proposed changes align with user expectations. This helps teams make informed design and product decisions based on genuine user insights.

Testers can participate in research studies by qualifying through relevant screening questions. Once selected, they can take part in different types of testing sessions, including unmoderated tests, live 1-on-1 interviews, and short usability studies. After successfully completing a study, testers receive compensation for their time and feedback.
