I love the features, like the AI, and how they’re always improving the platform. I also really like having access to other Panels, which increases screener response rates a lot. The platform makes it easier to collaborate with other researchers through commenting and reviewing, and I appreciate the number of options available for different research methods. Their support team is helpful as well. They also integrate with Slack, which is my main communication tool with my team, and it makes sharing out findings much easier. They have the best benefit in terms of pricing in the market when thinking of how much they offer to their clients.
