I like that Dscout has an AI tool that quickly helps set up studies, which is pretty good for the initial build of a study. The video clipping feature is also a highlight because it's really quick if I need a quote in a video; it only takes me a few seconds to clip it. Diary studies make Dscout the first choice for some studies, especially since there aren't many tools for diary studies, which Dscout does well.

Dscout is easy to use and intuitive. We are able to accomplish a variety of qualitative studies in the tool whether it's a video diary study or in depth interviews, or an express mission our needs are met the majority of the time by what it offers. We love the ability to do quick turnaround studies but also more in-depth explorations. The AI analysis is accurate and insightful. The flexibility of our incentive fund has served us well. We also appreciate full service support when we don't have the capacity to do analysis ourselves.

I like the different types of methodologies they offer for launching a study, as well as the different paths available for gathering participants.
