What do you like best about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

What I like most about Hotjar is how easy it makes it to understand user behavior without spending hours digging through data. The session recordings and heatmaps make it straightforward to spot friction points, validate assumptions, and prioritize the right improvements. What do you dislike about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

The biggest drawback is that reviewing a large volume of session recordings can be time-consuming, especially when I’m trying to spot patterns across many users. I also wish the filters and reporting options were more flexible, and performance can occasionally feel a bit slow when working with larger datasets.
