What do you like best about Lyssna?

Lyssna gives us the core tools we need to run effective unmoderated and quantitative research at a fraction of the cost of many larger research platforms. It’s easy to build and launch studies quickly, recruit participants when needed, and get useful feedback without turning every research question into a large or expensive project.

What really sets Lyssna apart, though, is how responsive the team is to feedback. They genuinely listen to their customers, engage with feature requests and recommendations, and we’ve actually seen our feedback influence the product and roadmap. That level of partnership is rare, especially compared with some of the larger players in the research space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lyssna?

Like any software platform, we occasionally encounter bugs. What stands out, though, is how Lyssna responds when we find one. I report the issue, their team gets on it quickly, and they proactively follow up once it’s been resolved. Bugs happen; that level of responsiveness is what matters to me. What problems is Lyssna solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lyssna allows our research team to answer more product questions, faster and at a much lower cost. We use it to run unmoderated usability studies, concept tests, surveys, card sorts, and other quantitative research without requiring every question to become a time-intensive moderated study.
