The step by step setup wizard is incredibly well-organized and intuitive. It makes it simple to define precise study parameters such as session formats, device requirements, and custom screener questions without encountering any configuration lag. I particularly like the live preview feature on the right side of the screen because it shows exactly what participants will see before the study goes live. The platform does an excellent job of automating participant recruitment, which eliminates a massive amount of manual coordination and helps us move projects forward quickly. The credit allocation system can feel a little rigid when you are just running an initial trial setups to evaluate the audience filters before a full rollout. Additionally, it would be highly beneficial to see a real-time estimate of local participant pool size during the early drafting stages, rather than waiting to see the final credit calculations on the review summary page.
