I joined Userfeel to find some opportunities for a part-time job and to gain new experience. As a small business owner (B2C), I believe it could be beneficial for me. The test task was easy; I had to evaluate the usability of an online store's website. It was a site I often use for online shopping. With my experience running my own online store and being an experienced online buyer, I think it's great to get paid for the tasks I enjoy fulfilling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I don't have any dislikes about Userfeel, as I haven't received any paid tasks yet, although my qualification test was rated 5/5. I filled out the form indicating Ukrainian as my native language and English and Russian as fluent languages. I hope to receive paid tasks in English, as I assume there are more opportunities for English-speaking users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Userfeel is an incredibly user-friendly platform for website usability testing. The tasks are well-designed, and the compensation is fair and prompt. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to provide meaningful feedback. Customer support is responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Sometimes, there are limited testing opportunities available, which can make it difficult to participate as frequently as I’d like. Additionally, the qualification process for some tests can be quite detailed and time-consuming. Lastly, it would be great to have more diverse testing tasks to keep the experience varied and engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The App runs in the background and my mac said that it was still recording my screen for some reason long after the initial test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the testing part was easy and there were clear instructions on how to navigate through the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like is that I have not received a paid test even though I passed my qualification test with a 5/5 rating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My organization has worked with several user testing platforms in the past. Two things that stood out to me about Userfeel immediately:
(1) Their pay-as-you-go option. This enables you to launch a single (or very small number) of user tests without needing a subscription, at a flat rate. This was perfect for our small scale needs for a recent project.
(2) The ability to easily navigate the platform and launch my user tests without the need for support or a call with their product or sales team. Given our tight timelines, I needed the option to launch tests and receive feedback quickly. In the past, a sales call has stood between me and the ability to do this, and getting this scheduled has taken up valuable time. Because the system is intuitive, I also didn't need to reach out for any kind of support, but rather was able to build and launch the tests on my own.
And Userfeel having their own available testers to assign to my tests is one additional perk that's important for an organization like mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The features available in the unmoderated user tests I launched were more than I actually needed in this particular situation. We've built a library of automated assessments, and all we need at this time is assessment completions so that we can begin analyzing the performance data on the backend.
While my organization has benefitted from having video recordings and user commentary in the past, all we needed in this scenario was completions, so some of the features have been superfluous.
A scaled down testing option (at a lower price point) would have really made this experience a home run for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
