I really appreciate Hotjar by Contentsquare for understanding click and scroll heat maps. The session recordings are valuable for analyzing web pages and user behavior. I find implementing on-page survey widgets very valuable for gathering user feedback. I like how the session recordings and instant feedback widgets work together, especially with heat maps and URL-based filtering. The heat maps, session recordings, and survey widgets are very valuable to me. Setting it up via Google Tag Manager was pretty straightforward, and their support was exceptional. I find that there are a few tweaks needed, especially on mobile devices. While it provides what I need on desktop, there are some improvements needed for a more in-depth analysis on mobile apps.
