What do you like best about Dscout?

Quality participants for qualitative research- It is the best platform in recruiting participants for in-depth, quality qualitative research like interviews and diary studies. The recruitment process was easy with the intuitive platform and a rich pool of participants to choose from, as well as features such as question banks and AI to help set up screeners and surveys faster. What do you dislike about Dscout?

The survey logic is limiting when it comes to designing quantitative surveys. For example, advanced skip/display logic falls short compared to Qualtrics and Pollfish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dscout solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps my team to explore voices and experiences from our real customers with videos, images, and open-ended responses as engaging, solid evidence to impact product decisions.
