"Askable Streamlines Recruitment and User Research in One Flexible Workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Askable?

What I like most about Askable is how it brings participant recruitment and user research into a single workflow. Rather than managing recruitment separately and then moving participants and research data across multiple tools, Askable makes it much easier to go from defining the audience and screener to running interviews, usability tests, or surveys.

I also appreciate the flexibility in research methods. Being able to combine qualitative approaches like interviews with unmoderated testing and surveys makes it easier to validate both what users say and what they actually do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Askable?

The main area I’d improve is the learning curve when setting up more detailed research studies. The platform offers a lot of flexibility, but that also means there are more options and configurations to work through before a study is exactly where I want it.

For smaller, straightforward studies, this isn’t a major issue. However, for more complex research workflows, more guided setup, clearer recommendations, or stronger AI assistance around study design would help speed things up and reduce the back-and-forth during configuration.

I’d also like pricing and ROI to be easier to evaluate upfront, especially for teams that plan to run research frequently or at higher participant volumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
