I find the app needing improvement to make it more user-friendly and to give respondents more control, such as cleaning up old history. The messaging system layout is confusing. There are authentic surveys available on this platform, unlike other platforms where it's so hard to find survey which actually rewards you for your precious time. Also, the rewards are super good. It starts from $5 to $500. I infact got rewarded for $15 in the second day of my using Respondent. It's super easy to use and navigate. I can even contact the survey team if I feel the need to do so. I really appreciate that with Respondent, I don't get canceled out or shortlisted from surveys or questionnaires as I do with other platforms like UserTesting. I kinda get confused whenever it's time to log in or whenever I first go to the website. It gives me the option of being a researcher or a participant.
