
I really appreciate the ability to get recordings so I can analyze them and share them with my team. It's great to have the backroom conversation and chat during meetings, and the use of visual stimuli to show participants is very effective. The tech support is also a big plus for me. I would say once or twice a day, I get a dropped call. So if I'm doing six hours of interviews, one or two of those interviews every day does have some audio problems. I know you can't control the Internet connection of all parties. But if I had to pick something, that would be my one complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
