What do you like best about User Interviews?

UI is my first 'go to' when it comes to recruiting. I am so happy with the ease of use, quality of respondents, the quickness I get people to review, the features that are available, everything! Their customer support teams are amazing and respond in such a timely manner that I don't have to worry about how long it will take to get an answer on any of my questions, or the support I get throughout the whole process is stellar! The costs are unbeatable and the the invoicing process is so fast and easy. I can't say enough 'great' things about UI, I highly recommend them every chance I get, and will continue to use them on every project I can! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about User Interviews?

I am admittedly not a 'tech savvy' person, and I know there are features that I could be utlilizing better, like skip logic, I just need to take the time to learn them. I don't have anything that I 'don't like' about UI, I am a customer for life! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?

They take out the 'guess work' and I know that the respondents I get are already vetted and quality checked. I can target very specific qualifications and I don't have to weed through hundreds to get a few.
