I have used Discuss and am extremely imperessed both with the company's technology as well as their customer experience. The technical support staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring each session goes off without a hitch. The technology works extremely well, and the back end analysis and insight tools save me many hours for every project. Can't recommend Discuss.io highly enough! My only wish is for a noise cancellation algorithm to be added to the audio to help reduce ambient noise coming into the interview and recording. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
