The easiness of setting up the usability tests.

Very clean, intuitive interface. Great range of survey options. Takes out a lot of the hassle of settings up sessions with all the automated emails and confirmations - and allows you to integrate your own system or use there's which is fantastic. The ai feature is fun, not 100% up to scratch yet but helpful to generate quick data points/stats. Hopefully this performance will only get better. The screening and agreement features are also so helpful. It's almost like it's been designed BY testers who knew what they needed ;) Can't comment on costs/ROI as someone else pays the bills, but the team were amazing at onboarding us and always being available for questions, suggestions and support. A great team at Lyssna all round.
