What do you like best about Dscout?

I love the features, like the AI, and how they’re always improving the platform. I also really like having access to other Panels, which increases screener response rates a lot. The platform makes it easier to collaborate with other researchers through commenting and reviewing, and I appreciate the number of options available for different research methods. Their support team is helpful as well. They also integrate with Slack, which is my main communication tool with my team, and it makes sharing out findings much easier. They have the best benefit in terms of pricing in the market when thinking of how much they offer to their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dscout?

Sometimes it takes a lot of effort to recruit the members I need when using the BYO links; it works best when using their own panel. I also don’t like that features are sometimes turned on and off with no prior notice, and it ends up relying on me to spot the differences on the platform while I’m using it. For example, there was a bug where the AI was turned off for some accounts. I had to reach out to learn more about it and then figure out that my account was affected—right at the moment I needed to review my analysis with no AI, hehe. What problems is Dscout solving and how is that benefiting you?
