**What do you like best about Digioh?**

They're always adding and updating features. It's not a static product that is purchased and that's it. They're continuously improving UX and abilities. I also love the support we receive from their team. Digioh usually provides quick turnaround for small issues and hiccups we run into, and support more complicated issues by looping in technical teams who are also very knowledgable and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Digioh?**

My only wish is that some of the extensions were built into the main product or were a bit more integrated into the UI.

**What problems is Digioh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalization and behavior based targeting. Lead intake is a big one. We are also using Digioh for recommendation quizzes and it's been nice to develop new ones monthly.

Digioh is a unique vendor in the space where it does both audience identification on your website then allows you to build widgets to customize the user experience because they user is identified.

**What do you dislike about Digioh?**

There are some small things in the UX that can be tricky, but there is a learning curve to any platform.

**What problems is Digioh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving customers a personalized experience is a big win for us. We've done A/B tests to prove out that the personalization has a bigger lift then not.

I find Digioh quite beneficial as it was easy to build the email preference center. Patrick was incredibly helpful and made the process painless, which made building and making the center live incredibly easy. The initial setup of Digioh for our team was very easy, which is a significant advantage.

The builder was not incredibly intuitive. It would be nice if things were a little easier to build and customize intuitively.

I find Digioh makes building and activating an email preference center easy, with helpful support from Patrick.

As a first-time user, it takes quite a bit of time to learn how to use this tool.

We tried to sync Digioh quiz data to our ESP, but at the time the integration wasn’t available. Digioh support came up with a good solution that was helpful and met our needs.

**What do you like best about Digioh?**

We were looking to elevate our DTC shopping experience without an entire website overhaul. The solutions Digioh offered were the perfect addition to make our site more engaging and interactive, while increasing the customers experience and driving conversions. We’ve implemented a robust Product Recommendation Quiz, Email & SMS Collection Box, Exit Intent, and several Sale Pop-ups….and we’ve only scratched the surface of their product library. 

Each product is highly customizable to your brand, and offers detailed performance analytics to ensure you’re reaching your goals. We just completed our 1 month post-launch review, and so far, Digioh tools have given is a 49x ROI.

From the first call with Geoff, to onboarding with Rafa and the team, it’s been a white glove experience. They are extremely detailed, quick to respond, eager to help and teach, and most of all, kind people.  Highly recommend.

Configuring some of the tools can get a bit complex, however their team is eager to jump in and support if you have questions.

**What problems is Digioh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an extensive product line with over 100 SKUs, so building a Product Recommendation Quiz has been an excellent resources for customer to narrow in on what they are looking for.

We were also looking to elevate our pop-ups and banners with more customization. Shopify templates can be limiting, and Digioh has given us the ability to personalize those to match our aesthetic.

**What do you like best about Digioh?**

My website requires a complex product recommendation quiz and I struggled to find any out of the box solutions for what I was needing. The Digioh team was able to easily understand what I wanted built and worked with me to build my vision. Their customer onboarding was top notch! Honestly can't remember the last time I had such a great and thourough onboarding experience with a SaaS company. For anyone that needs something a little more custom than what is offered in most out of the box solutions, go with Digioh! 
10/10 would recommend!

**What do you dislike about Digioh?**

I found the UI and UX of their box builder tool to be a little confusing and overwhelming at first. It looks a little dated. But, after a few sessions with my onboarding team and reading through their help center resources, I got the hang of it. Now I feel pretty confident customizing the look and design of my custom quizes.

**What problems is Digioh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use their online form builder to host a custom product recommendation quiz that considers the user's home size, the bugs they are seeing around their home, and their zip code to recommend their custom pest control product. The backend logic is quite complex with zip code-level recommendations, but the team at Digioh was able to build the logic I designed.

This tool is crucial for my business as EVERY customer is required to take this quiz before purchasing. I had a developer give me a quote to build a custom solution that would have cost $20k. I'm so glad I found Digioh instead!

The customer support and service with Digioh is excellent. They have provided technical support on a handful of issues I've had with things not working as expected and resolved each and every one in a very timely matter.

Sometimes reports and integrations can be a little confusing. But they are always there to help out, so it's not really an issue.

It's really easy to book a session in with them too if you need to go through things in more detail. Special shout out to Patrick, he's brilliant! **What do you like best about Digioh?**

So far, we have worked with a team of experts who helped us build an on-site quiz. This was done in about two weeks (partly because we had some delays on our side) and their responses were very fast. The outcome and final product was exactly the quality we had been looking for (but not finding) with other vendors. I'm looking forward to continuing our work together and using more of the platform offerings.

The UI for building the quizzes is a little confusing but I'm sure I will understand it better over time.

**What problems is Digioh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggle to get data for our site visitors for a healthcare product. If we knew more about the pain points for our customers, we could better address them with educational articles and the appropriate products. Digioh is helping us get that information with a "quiz." They are also helping us create a fun experience for event attendees who may stop by our booth. Rather than just having our team hope to engage with passersby, they can engage with an outcome quiz first and then discuss it with our team.

I like that I can easily contact their support team to help me with a variety of questions from how to build a quiz, select the right formatting, and set up the correct logic for forms. They have a variety of out of the box tools that make it useful for small teams that don't have a ton of bandwidth when it comes to development support.

**What do you dislike about Digioh?**

There is a learning curve, especially for those that aren't familiar with styling and formatting web pages. You'll also need someone internally to link up the quizzes, forms, etc. to your site.

Providing ready to use solutions for applications that would otherwise take us internal development support that we don't have currently.

Their tools are easy to use and we've had very good results with them. Their customer service is top-knotch. I have never had to wait for answers. Integration was very easy.

We have been primarily using Digioh's exit intent popups in an attempt to keep customers on our site and ultimately purchase. We have found them to be more successful than abandoned cart emails that are sent once the customer is off the site.

One major point of differentiation for RANAVAT is our relentless attention to detail when it comes to Customer Experience. We had such an awesome experience partnering with the team at Digioh to launch our very first quiz! While we will always have real 1 to 1 conversations with each client- we are now able to provide more ways to get the guidance you crave wherever you are.

Before we found Digioh, we spent over 18 months trying to find the right quiz solution and weren't able to get launched. What we weren't able to get done in a year and half, we got done in under 6 weeks with Digioh!

Overall, no major qualms with Digioh. It's pretty powerful quiz

**What do you like best about Digioh?**

At first, I was overwhelmed by all the features and options. Once I got into the design phase, it became easy to find and create exactly what I hoped for. I was having issues with integrating the pop-up with a specific instance. Patrick "held my hand" through the entire process, quickly responding to every question, and was willing to meet via online screen shares. I feel like he was invested in me getting the result I wanted.  I can't wait to see the engagement we receive from the pop-up.
Looking forward to utilizing this feature even more in the future.

You can utilise many settings and features to customize boxes exactly how you want. It was intimidating when I first looked at the platform and I am not always a fan of having to reach out with all my questions, but Patrick quickly responded throughout the entire process.

Procuring customers and defining their favorite store to shop, which helps to segment them for future campaigns.

**What do you like best about Digioh?**

I've been using Digioh for about four years across two companies. I have used every tool Digioh provides, from banners to light boxes, to inline email capture, to quizzes. The builder is easy to use, and the logic around when/where to fire popups or banners has everything I need and is open enough to build custom logic if we need to.

Additionally, the support I have received from Digioh over the past four years has been exceptional. They quickly reply to any questions I might have - either answering them via email or hopping on a call to walk through implementing the solution.

**What do you dislike about Digioh?**

There is honestly nothing that I dislike about using Digioh. The price is fair, the implementation is easy, Digioh support is there with you every step of the way, and the platform works as you expect.

**What problems is Digioh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use Digioh as a popup tool - capturing email addresses and phone numbers so we can send emails & SMS to them. It also gives us so much more data into each popup so we can see which popups on which pages are converting the best.

**What do you like best about Digioh?**

We were on an impossibly tight deadline and Digioh was so professional. They worked with us to make sure we had a viable product by our deadline.

**What do you dislike about Digioh?**

Nothing in particular. It would be great to understand the process a little bit more as we move through it but again, we were on an INSANELY short timeline and they did a fantastic job. As a contractor, I would almost rather there be a higher custom build free upfront and a lower monthly rate.

Easy to use and intuitive platform. The support staff are partoculary helpful. Whenever I have a question about something, they are quick to respond and are very helpful.

The thing I dislike the most is the lack or organization on the homepage. I wish there was an easy way to sort campaigns either by tags or filters. Other than that, the product is great!

The user interface was easy to follow and use, with support being only a simple email way. It's hard to find a support team that is quick and able to make adjusts on the fly. The platform removes the need for a web designer and allows marketing teams to execute almost immediately.

The default texts are limited at the beginning.

**What do you like best about Digioh?**

Digioh's Analytics section is very user-friendly, structured in chart format so you can see all your stats side-by-side, all hyperlinked to the corresponding lightboxes for easy reference. You can also view all in a personalized dashboard. You have a drop-down option to see the stats over "Last 24 Hours / Last 3/days, 7, 14, etc" + All Time which is helpful when tracking the efficiency of your boxes over time and testing. Another upside is the integration system, which my company can pare with its email builder. The Copy+Paste function on live boxes is nice as well for customers copying promo codes.

**What do you dislike about Digioh?**

The actual designer itself in Digioh is extremely limited in what you can do with text and images. There are no alignment or undo/redo buttons, same with key commands. Everything must be done manually, which can be especially difficult if you use a trackpad vs. a mouse with your computer. However, the Thank You pop-up that appears after, for example, entering your email to subscribe, is a great touch, not present in other softwares such as Unbounce.

**What problems is Digioh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Digioh for marketing pop-ups, inlines and sticky bars for promotion and notification purposes, such as introducing a sale targeting specific products on individual web pages or reminding users of shipping deadlines while browsing our site. Though the design process is frustrating, the integration actions and multivariate tests are fairly easy to set up and save us a lot of time.

I love the ease of use when it comes to creating display conditions and the ability to test by IP. The integration with Blueshift is beautiful - it passes great geolocation detail.

**What do you dislike about Digioh?**

It is not as friendly for designers. We've had issues with image resolution and alignment. There's a learning curve when it comes to layering elements and fields.

**What problems is Digioh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our top need is answered with customer acquisition (new customer sign-ups). We also see greater traction for other journey events like sweepstake entries.

The tool is a bit expensive and there are cheaper alternatives out there that you can find.

Digioh has a lot of features and options. The ability to trigger lightboxes, sticky bars, and insert other comment puts the tool in line with other options, but the testing capabilities make it better, in my opinion.

The UX experience of Digioh is not awesome, especially for a tool that is supposed to improve the UX of my website. It actually makes the tool seem more complicated than it actually is. 

**Recommendations to others considering Digioh:**

Study up on the support section. if you don't use the support section, you won't get full value out of the tool. But if you find the video that illustrates all of the options, you'll be off to a great start.

Our main objective has been to collect email addresses with Digioh lightboxes and deploy countdown timers for sales with sticky bars.

We are able to set complex show/noshow logic, pass custom parameters to other apps like Mailchimp, and do multivariate tests among lightboxes, not just A/B tests of minor differences in a single lightbox.

**What do you like best about Digioh?**

Digioh has been super helpful in helping us capture new website users and grow our email audience as well as revenue. We use Digioh on our Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform (DemandWare). It was super easy to implement (simple javascript) and the Digioh team fully integrated us into our email marketing software as well as helped us with initial designs. We were up and running in less than a day. 

The best part is how much functionality there is by just dragging and dropping. We are able to setup a lead capture or promotional banner within minutes and have it live as soon as it is turned on. 

**What do you dislike about Digioh?**

While there is a lot of design functionality that doesn't require any coding or designer, there are a few quirks such as when adding custom fonts, adjust the size of the lightbox or banner or having different styling of fonts. 

This hasn't been a big deal as the amount of functionality is far greater than any other WYSIWYG product, plus being able to make these changes and have them appear on our live site in real-time is absolutely amazing. 

**Recommendations to others considering Digioh:**

I can't think of a single vendor or service that we use on our website that is easy to use, but also very robust in what it can do.

**What problems is Digioh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this for lead capture on our homepage and landing pages in addition to creating custom promotions for specific events or products.

The biggest benefit to using Digioh is that we can create these various types of lightboxes without the use of a developer or designer. Therefore we can create more of them, with more personalized messages, and even last minute.

Digioh's is a powerful tool which we use across our whole site to run targeted lead gen campaigns for our clients and to complete internal lead gen initiatives. Their customer support is second-to-none as any time we run into an issue or a need advice on best practices, they are prompt to respond and work with my team and I on addressing our needs. Their technical expertise and advanced problem solving is extremely helpful in generating custom code for our Word Press site for some of the specific needs we have.

Platform takes some time to figure out all of the features and location within the UI, but can be attributed to how robust the platform is in all of it's features.

We are using Digioh in a variety of ways internally and on behalf of clients. First we use it to capture more emails on our website. We show targeted newsletter offerings based on our Wordpress Topic Tags. This makes sure we only show relevant offerings. Second, we use Digioh to capture emails on our sweepstakes pages. We love it because it is fully integrated with MailChimp and Oracle Eloqua and adaptable to accommodate any requests made by our clients.

I've installed Digioh at multiple companies and have seen an increase in lead capture performance - mostly brought out by the ease in which I can launch targeted and relevant lead campaigns. I can also easily test campaigns and quickly gather data and make optimizations. This process takes months with most tech but Digioh is so easy use and so flexible that I can get campaigns out the door in minutes.

We use Digioh to show White Paper Offers to visitors based on what URL they are looking at. The Digioh team helped us design, integrate and launch on our website. Digioh helps us get more sales leads on our website and we are a happy customer.

When you inherit an organization with a lot lightboxes would be nice to drag and drop the order of the lightboxes instead of repeatedly click the up arrow and waiting for a refresh.

The lightboxes are very easy to create and set up. The tool is extremely user-friendly. You basically don't need any instructions to use it and it does a fantastic job at capturing our leads.

I can't think of anything that we've come across that we don't like. It works well and the support provided by Digioh is top-notch.
