And hey, this feeling after I got the ok to realize my idea ... amazing! **What do you dislike about KICKBOX?** The time consuming clarification and specification were mind opening for sure but not easy to handle with the daily business. **What problems is KICKBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finally I could realize a company internal functional Gym. So we reduce emissions (CO2, etc.) based on rides to the gym in lunch break. Furthermore we boost the attractiveness of the company as employer. From apprentices up to managers, everyone can learn and improve by using kickbox. **What do you dislike about KICKBOX?** Unfortunately, this platform is only available to larger companies/corporations, but these are probably also the places where bottom-up innovation is needed the most and a necessary change. **What problems is KICKBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kickbox introduces an agile approach in the initialization which would otherwise only be used during realization. Kickbox is a great tool to address the employee potential of a company - without a doubt and already proven multiple times. However, the company culture must be open enough for KICKBOX to work. **Recommendations to others considering KICKBOX:** Try it out - start with an MVP! It's amazing how much potential there is in the minds of employees. **What problems is KICKBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?** The employees know the problems or needs of the customers best. The opportunities offered by the program are unique and a great offer for employees. It gives everyone the opportunity to have their dreams and ideas validated in a professional environment. Broaden your horizons and who knows if it's the next big thing. Just great! The advantages are the support in the form of tools, but also the experts and the community, who all think in the same way and this is usually how the best ideas come about. The saying: If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together, fits me very well here. The whole program is very well structured with the necessary cornerstones. **What do you dislike about KICKBOX?** Well, at that time it was the case with us that the whole process had not yet been fully thought through with regard to rights etc. This was a bit difficult and not always 100% comprehensible. At that time the program was still in its infancy, but at the end of the day we found a good solution for us. **What problems is KICKBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not fully understand the question. Kickbox is a tool to create new things, to rethink everyday things, to develop new approaches. Simply moving the world a little further. ### 5. Already saw a number of very cool projects that would not have happened without. Kickbox really facilitates this process to unfold employee creativity. **What do you dislike about KICKBOX?** There is a risk of overpromise and rising expectations in your people base. From my experience, KB helps to identify and realise great small initiatives, but do not expect super-business-changing growth-engines. I think it is essential as a company to set very clear innovation goals: Why are you doing Innovations/KB? To stimulate People Culture? To improve employer branding? To create incremental process optimisations? To find "the next big thing"? This is essential, independent from the KB itself. But, if implemented, then u need to clearly communicate to all participants and stakeholders. With the help of the physical toolboxes and gamification, the kickboxer can be guided step by step. This saves time and enables the kickboxer to deal with the tasks in peace and to work on the task conscientiously. Also, I find the opportunity to network with other project leaders from different organizations and industries to be a commendable opportunity. Because this possibility gives us the chance to get to know new dimensions and to benefit from the experiences of other companies and organizations. I also find the regular meetings with the Customer Success Team to be one of the most important ways to always get help and to constantly benefit from the team's expertise. **What do you dislike about KICKBOX?** I think that the kickbox has a good concept that works very well from my point of view. **What problems is KICKBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kickbox makes it very easy to implement ideas instead of managing them. From your blueprint, you will be able to have an "NABC" and then go over to an "Elevator Pitch". Kickbox lays a path that helps everyone to track your roadmap and your next steps. Also to be able to explain and share your idea within a few sentences with a bunch of strangers but everyone will understand what your idea is about. Therefore it's a good way to involve and evolve people inside of a company who are experts in their daily businesses to get the best ideas from the people who work daily in this area. **What do you dislike about KICKBOX?** It's very difficult to get sponsors. People from the business talk too much about Innovation and Ideas but cant recognize them when they sit in front of somebody who pitches a relevant solution. Without good networking inside a company, it's very hard for kickboxers to succeed. So while kickbox needs success stories it's also fighting for having ambassadors who must impress others inside the company with the benefit of kickbox. Kickboxers who couldn't get to the next stage will be disappointed and may not come back for another new idea. So people must be prepared to fail and must learn that failing is already the win and not the box. **Recommendations to others considering KICKBOX:** You own your Idea. You are the Master of this idea. So the Idea lives inside you. There you are responsible that your Idea becomes great and will be executed. No one will love your idea as you do.
