The kickboxing program was a great, very instructive and inspiring time for me, where I got to meet a lot of great people. The opportunities offered by the program are unique and a great offer for employees. It gives everyone the opportunity to have their dreams and ideas validated in a professional environment. Well, at that time it was the case with us that the whole process had not yet been fully thought through with regard to rights etc. This was a bit difficult and not always 100% comprehensible.
