The product is well designed and very intuitive for marketers. While Iterable isn't as mature as competitors in this space (Braze, SFMC, etc) in terms of product offerings, they are making strides to get there. The pure technical-support (ie, cases) aspect has been a silver lining in otherwise subpar support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Iterable? There is a distinct lack of platform and domain knowledge as well as limited proactive/consultative skills among the teams at Iterable. Presumably this is a direct result of the limited tenure of employees; itself likely a result of layoffs and other attrition. The account management and implementation teams at Iterable have left a lot to be desired. If you go with Iterable, I strongly recommend skipping any add-on services and vetting a third-party partner for any implementation assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
