The best part of using this tool is that not only is it cloud based, the UI is really impressive and easy to navigate. Business users will definitely benefit from this tool as it allows them to make informed decisions. **What do you dislike about Informatica Supplier 360?** The only downside of using this tool might be that it hangs-up sometimes and slows down with large data sets. As a consequence, the performance hampers a bit. There should be frequent bug fixes and releases to make sure things are intact. **What problems is Informatica Supplier 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** As the organization was spread across the globe, they were able to negotiate the contracts with the suppliers which included but were not limited to discounts, concessions, and warranties in favor of the business. ### 2. They understand in and out of the data when they are talking to a third party system, their integration is smoother(both inbound and outbound). Their data modeling capability is great and can house lot of meaningful data at one place. To call out, their support is really exceptional. If you look forward to data management, data governance and the quality of data, this is the tool for you. GO FOR IT. **What do you dislike about Informatica Supplier 360?** When it comes to implementation, its not really an easy job. You would have to reach out to the professional services team. User experience, particularly the UI part is not that great. There is slow improvement cycle when it comes to frontend. Their cloud side needs lot of improvement as currently it is limited. **What problems is Informatica Supplier 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data management is a huge challenge and this tool does justice and offers a lot wrt data governance.
