This software is very user-friendly, and its features are easy to understand, even the first time I use it. and the integration of it api was a piece of cake and the details they provide for every email is much use full. i have been using this from past 6 months and haven't faced any problems to contact customer support. the alert mails they send helps a lot to keep the balance updated. overall the implementation of the kickbox api is very easy and reliable. I liked how easy it was to set up Kickbox. It was very easy to create an account and upload a file, so the setup didn't take long. I also appreciate the usage-based pricing. Since my use of Kickbox was a one-time process during a migration, I didn't want an ongoing subscription, so the usage-based credits pricing was perfect for me. My transaction to buy credits got flagged as a potential bad actor, which was annoying and delayed me by 24 hours. This has never happened with my combination of email/card before, so they are a little too aggressive with this. I like the live usage of the dashboard, so it's up to the minute, helping us gauge how much volume we are using daily. I also like the fact I can upload lists at any time for batch sending, which is convenient for those one-off email batch sends that aren't sent through the live feed. Honestly at this time everything works great, maybe somehow identifying spam traps specifically. ISPs can create spam traps that look like a real user, I don't believe Kickbox has the ability to identify those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the flexibility of the plan and the credit system with Kickbox. You're not locked into a plan that costs more than you need. I appreciate that you pay for validation with credits, and as you scale, the price goes up, but you're getting good value for your money. I also love the simplicity it offers, where each email validation is worth one credit. It allows me to buy the number of credits I need and scale it appropriately to the size of my business without having to pay penalties for a particularly busy month. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy and took me less than thirty minutes. I find the user experience to be pretty good, and the API integration with custom systems is really nice. I find Kickbox very easy to use and its integration with HubSpot is incredibly convenient, allowing me to quickly segment the people I don't want to send emails to. I found it difficult to understand what all of the email segments meant. I was somewhat frustrated by how many emails were unknown. I also was surprised at the sheer amount of bounces and was unsure if they were all accurate, as going to these customer profiles showed emails going through. I like that it's simple, straightforward, and effective. When I need to verify an email list, Kickbox helps me do so easily and quickly. Additionally, Kickbox provides a report for every email list that I verify, which is very useful both for me and for communicating results to clients. They make email verification basically frictionless, and since Kickbox offers easy-to-read/understand reports, it's easier to communicate results and show value to my clients. Another thing I really like is their variety of knowledgebase articles that are easy to find and explain email verification in very simple terms. This helps answer my questions and makes it easy to answer my clients' questions. I also used Kickbox's integration with HubSpot, which streamlined the process of verifying lists directly from HubSpot in Kickbox and then quickly getting the verified lists added back to HubSpot. For the most part, I haven't had any problems with Kickbox. However, one small nitpick I have is how 'Unknowns' are handled. When you verify an email list, it's possible that Kickbox will be unable to get a valid response from some recipients' mail servers. When this happens, they mark the email as 'Unknown' because they weren't able to verify it. While it's nice that Kickbox will let you re-verify these 'Unknown' email addresses for free, re-verifying these email addresses creates a second, separate report. For a recent verification job, I was initially faced with ~1,300 'Unknowns,' which was a good chunk of my list. So, I had to re-verify these ~1,300 emails several times in order to verify most of them, which led to me having 7 different reports/results for one list. Instead of being able to download all of the results together, I had to download files separately and combine them manually. Perhaps there is a good reason why Kickbox handles re-verifying 'Unknowns' this way, but I find it to add a bit of friction to my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how quickly the verification process works with Kickbox. The HubSpot integration is very smooth, which makes it great for my use. It clears the way for my business to get to verified people and ensures that my messages are being sent into inboxes correctly. Kickbox was the first verification tool we've used, and we love it. I thought I was prepared to send my email, but it turns out, we still had 12 hard bounces after I ran all of out emails through Kickbox. We only have 247 contacts, and I was only emailing 80, so 12 is HUGE. On the up side, it was cheaper than Never Bounce, and I think the visualization of the data I got back was better. I use Kickbox to scan lists for deliverability before importing them into HubSpot. I appreciate that it identifies potential deliverability issues, which helps me keep my bounce rates down on my marketing emails by avoiding sending to addresses that would bounce. I find it easy to use, and I like the clear classification and explanations. Contacts are classified into different levels of riskiness regarding deliverability, and the reasons are explained, which I find helpful. Additionally, the initial setup of Kickbox was very easy. The integration with HubSpot is not very useful. Currently, it can pull in lists from HubSpot, but I don't need to scan these contacts, I will have done so before they entered the platform.
