I thought I was prepared to send my email, but it turns out, we still had 12 hard bounces after I ran all of out emails through Kickbox. We only have 247 contacts, and I was only emailing 80, so 12 is HUGE. On the up side, it was cheaper than Never Bounce, and I think the visualization of the data I got back was better. I use Kickbox to scan lists for deliverability before importing them into HubSpot. I appreciate that it identifies potential deliverability issues, which helps me keep my bounce rates down on my marketing emails by avoiding sending to addresses that would bounce. The integration with HubSpot is not very useful. Currently, it can pull in lists from HubSpot, but I don't need to scan these contacts, I will have done so before they entered the platform. I can't say I have many complaints. I didn't realize there was a whole 'Understanding Results' section and this could have been helpful to know sooner if I knew where to look. I like Kickbox for email validation, which is my primary requirement for sending bulk emails to my subscribers. I've been using Kickbox for more than five years, and it's never given me any challenges. The dashboard doesn't give a bunch of information. It's very simple, which is nice for a general understanding, but I would like to be able to get down and see which emails were categorized how in a given time frame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kickbox helps me keep my sender reputation in good standing. Ever since Google tightened down on email security late last year, a lot of my messages started landing in spam and my deliverability tanked.
