The platform enables you to move beyond using monolithic spreadsheets, making it easier to record what matters most to you.

The built-in policies and procedures are of excellent quality and have helped me identify areas that needed improvement. They are straightforward to edit and can be customised to match your organisation’s branding.

What do you dislike about Hicomply?

As with any product, technical issues can occasionally arise. One particular issue took a bit longer to resolve than I would have preferred, but fortunately, it did not affect compliance or certification. "Did all internal ISO27001 compliance training within Hicomply"

What do you like best about Hicomply?

I really liked how everything was stored in one place and on a simple single screen. I also like the fact you get updates when there are documents there that haven't been reviewed. I have yet to need customer support for anything, but then again I'm only a user, not an administrator. I also really like how you can view / download / print documents all from the same viewer. What do you dislike about Hicomply?

I have sometimes found it difficult to login because it doesn't think I'm human, this is probably because I use 1Password to store all my credentials and it is all automated. "HiComply Simplifies ISO Process with Ease"

What do you like best about Hicomply?

It takes a short time to get used to the platform. But combined with their expertise and partners I feel as though using HiComply greatly simplified our ISO process and in turn has improved our company. Their automation system is very good for evidence collection and it integrates well with our other platforms to sync tickets across. It was fairly easy to implement this into our company. Fantastic Ease of Use, Integration and Implementation through the information loaded within the Hi-Comply Platform throughout the Key-Stages of an ISMS (Policies, Procedures and Risk Assessment), to help get companies effective alignment with effective Information Security has been a breath of fresh air. The Customer Support that has been required from the Hi-Comply Team - from learning the Platform and make it unique to the requirements of the Business to completing an Evaluation of Cyber-Security through Penetration Testing has been top quality. "Great for ISMS Structuring, But Customer Support Needs Improvement"

What do you like best about Hicomply?

What do you dislike about Hicomply?

The interface lacks some features that would be very useful. For example, searching a key phrase contained within documents (policies, procedures, records) and being able to find the relevant document.

Also, the customer support is not good. At times it is openly hostile, suggesting that a platform wide issue is user error. "Great Usability, Needs Better Email Management"

I appreciate Hicomply’s good looking interface, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also very easy to use, making navigation simple and enhancing my overall experience with the software. The notifications and reminders feature effectively keeps me informed about pending tasks, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks without my knowledge. This proactive approach to reminders is invaluable in managing policies efficiently. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Hicomply to be very easy, which significantly lowered the barrier to entry and allowed a smooth transition from using our HR system. The ease of setup and user-friendly interface together make the software approachable for users of all levels, enabling me to focus on policy handling without struggling with the system itself. "Clean Interface and Helpful Progress Bar, But Clickable Elements Need Clarity"

What do you like best about Hicomply?

I appreciate the simple layout and user interface of the portal, as it makes it easy to view all the documents I need to review. The progress bar at the top also helps me quickly track how much I have completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hicomply?

Since the view buttons are not underlined, they are not immediately recognizable as clickable elements. I would also recommend updating the status indicators: when an item has been accepted, the color should change to green, and when it is pending, perhaps use an amber or red color.
