"HiComply is a fantastic platform for managing our ISMS"

What do you like best about Hicomply?

All the features available on the platform are really easy to use once you've had the onboarding and they interlink where appropriate, so completing the risk assessment for example, helps populate your SoA. Also, all the required policies and procedures are written and linked to the relevant controls and evidence - all you have to do is customise to your organisation. The onboarding is amazing as well as the ongoing support. Nothing is too much trouble and you always get a response really quickly. If you ever feel that there could be any improvements to the usability or a function that would help manage your ISMS, you can raise a ticket and if its possible to implement, it usually is. Using HiComply has helped us achieve and maintain our ISO 27001 2022 certification now for two years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hicomply?

There's nothing I dislike about HiComply. Any suggestions regarding the functionality of the platform are usually implemented if its possible to do so, or are logged for future improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hicomply solving and how is that benefiting you?

HiComply brings all of our policies, procedures, records, risk assessment and evidence into one place, ensuring that they are regularly reviewed, compliant and ready for our internal and external ISO 27001 audit.

It is helping us manage our accountability requirements under ISO27001 and UK GDPR by for example, ensuring our staff are reading mandatory documents and are receiving their training. That helps us enforce information security accountability to everyone within our organisation.

It is providing us with a solution for keeping track of our risk and our risk treatment - all in one easy to use platform.

"Great app for ISO compliance"

What do you like best about Hicomply?

Functionality and linking documents. Task managing. Contact with Customer Support very good. Intuitive use, so easy to implement. Easy document change control. Can by use on daily basis to maintain team tasks, audit preparation progress and/or review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hicomply?

Editing templates very basic, no customise option for folders (missing 'Documents' folder, as a records are more for evidence, so all blank documents go to procedures). In the beginning we had some performance issues, but technical team resolved them. Tagging system not working always as it should. Customer service responsive and try support us, however resolving highlighted problems takes longer than 12 months, so Technical Team is not really efficient.

New dashboard and changes within subscription - not clear communication and introduction of new features. Help section disappeared somewhere too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
