"Easy-to-Use UI/UX That Keeps Improving—and a Team That Listens"
What do you like best about Simployer?

I really like the UI/UX. It’s easy to use, and it keeps evolving over time. It’s not 100% perfect yet, but the team at Simployer listens to feedback and gets most issues fixed quickly. The integrations work as well. We had some issues the first time we set them up, but after a meeting it looks like those problems have been solved.

What do you dislike about Simployer?

I would like the option to customize the dashboard individually — both for HR, managers, and personal use. I believe I may have seen that this is something that might be coming(?)

When I download files from Simployer, they are given completely different file names. The files should retain the same name as shown in Simployer.

Calendar sync (absence/home office): Can this be connected to the personal calendar, so that absence/home office is also visible when checking colleagues’ availability? At our company, some have connected the Simployer calendar, but this appears as a separate calendar and does not mark me as unavailable to others. I am attaching an image in the hope that this explains it more clearly.

This is how the person appears when checking in the “Scheduling Assistant.” The Simployer vacation day on December 22 is not shown (he had also manually added Christmas vacation in his standard calendar). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simployer?

Very strong compliance & policy support – especially great in a Scandinavian/European context. The templates, guidelines, and legal updates save a ton of time and reduce risk.

Clear structure – everything (handbooks, policies, HR processes) lives in one logical place, which makes it easy both for HR and employees.

Employee self-service – employees can find answers themselves instead of pinging HR for every small thing.

Scales well – it works just as well for a growing company as for a more mature organization.

Some of the translations are poor, especially in the Engagement Model. It also feels like additional languages or AI-based translations are missing. What do you dislike about Simployer?

We have been a customer of Simployer for many years but recently had a very poor experience when trying to terminate our agreement.

When we, as a long-term customer, wanted to end our subscription, we were referred to vague standard terms on their website, with little to no understanding shown for our situation.

There was no willingness to find a solution, and the communication was rigid and impersonal. I expected far more from a company that claims to value customer relationships.

My recommendation to current and potential customers: make sure all terms are clearly stated in the contract you sign, and be prepared for very limited flexibility if you ever decide to cancel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the 'playfulness' of the survey functionality in terms of colors and icons. It's nice to you can also use the app to answer questions. Im happy with the support we receive from Simployer. The system is intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simployer?

I'd appreciate more analysis functionality to be able to slice and dice more on the results. It would also be really useful to be able to analyse correlations between the answers of different questions. Also the access packages are quite rigid, meaning that you cannot give employees partial acccess to specific teams. They either get full admin access, or only their own user access. What do you like best about Simployer?

Very easy for me as an administrator to administer in &Frankly. Easy for employees to answer the questions. A big advantage is that you can also download the app to your mobile phone so you don't have to turn on your computer if you are out in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simployer?

It's really easy to use. Good interface, good UX. Nice to be able to download reports in different formats and with backgrounds that makes it easier to create an own presentation. I like being able to compare teams (Available in old interface, not new yet). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simployer?

We have really good scores so maybe Im not recieveing a clear "this is what you can do next" after results are done. But it would be cool to have maybe an AI function give highlights, a recap and possible actions. Both on what to do with the results, but also on what to present to the team.
