Hicomply is a particularly user friendly for someone who is unfamiliar with this type of software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Hicomply? Some of the processes were a bit clunky. For example when we downloaded a template, amended it and then attempt to re-upload, we occasionally got error messages, but it wasn't really clear what the issue was. I would say one other feature which I didn't really like was that when you click on tasks, it populates all tasks including repeating tasks for the following years. This can be confusing sometimes and also means that you are looking at a lot more data than you need to on one screen. It would be good to be able to filter tasks by year.
