The website is extremely easy to use, quick to load, and it clearly shows amendments and saved items. Uploading documents and other relevant information is straightforward. Zoe was fantastic at showing us how to navigate XMP, as well as what to expect from ISO auditors. Her knowledge of ISO standards and how best to frame things made it easy to go to her for support, and her communication is very quick. She gave clear instructions on which policies, procedures, and other actions are mandatory. Zoe’s advice is clear and easy to understand, and the regular meetings helped ensure we stayed on track to hit the goals needed to prepare for our First Stage and Second Stage ISO 27001 and 9001 audits. The templates provided on the Hicomply platform create a great structure for how we, as a company, should be creating our policies and procedures. The monitoring tool for controls is essential for long-term management of ISO standards across our company. The automations within it show you exactly what you need to be reviewing, and what is not meeting the expectations required to pass control testing. Integrations range from HRIS, TMS, PM and file storage systems. The double-save step is frustrating: I can add a task and save it, but if I then add notes, I have to save again. Also, anything I’ve added seems to disappear if I don’t save within a certain time frame. As a super-busy supplier manager, I’m constantly getting pulled away by the next “important” supplier, so I sometimes forget and assume I’ve saved my notes or the custom tag population when I actually haven’t. I use Hicomply as a database location for all our processes and procedures. I really enjoy how it helps us find documents quickly using keywords and ensures we always have the latest version. The search fields by category or department are a standout feature, getting us to the actual document needed quickly. I find Hicomply to be a much better solution than just having PDF policies in a Google Drive with no tracking. It helps us manage our internal policies effectively, allowing employees to read and agree to them, and assists in risk assessments for new software tools like AI. I really like how Hicomply simplifies ISO 27001 management, making the process less time-consuming. It's great that we can see when staff has read and acknowledged policies. The platform is really easy to use and beneficial, and it makes the entire audit process simpler. I appreciate the staff support at Hicomply, especially Zoe Grylls, who helped us get set up very quickly and has supported us massively ever since.
