What do you like best about Close?

What I like most about Close is how simple and intuitive it is to use. Everything I need.....calls, emails, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking is in one place, which makes it easy to stay organized and move quickly. I also really appreciate how it’s built with sales teams in mind, especially the calling and automation features, because they help me stay productive without feeling overwhelmed. What do you dislike about Close?

If I’m being honest, the main downside for me is that Close can sometimes feel a bit rigid. It does what it’s designed to do really well, but when you want deeper customization or very detailed reports, you may hit some limits. What do you like best about Close?

I like Close because it's pretty clean and simple with not too many buttons everywhere, which makes it easier to use. It's way cleaner and the UI/UX interface is better than any other CRM platform right now. Close is also easier to pick up compared to other CRMs, and as you use it more, the workflows and smart views become very intuitive. What do you dislike about Close?

On the power dialer, sometimes it won't allow sending messages to certain leads, which is kind of annoying. Sometimes it says to just contact Close support whenever you dial them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

I find Close incredibly useful for tracking everything with easy-to-use smart views and simple filter adjustments. It's great for seeing where my deals are in the sales cycle. I love the call recording feature because it ensures I remember conversations. The phone application is handy, allowing me to work on the go. I appreciate how simple it is to use both the desktop and phone apps. Close is the easiest, most user-friendly, and most affordable CRM I’ve used. What do you like best about Close?

I love how easy it is to track multiple deals with Close, especially the drag-and-drop feature for the pipeline. I can easily update confidence stages, close dates, and associated contacts. It makes tracking multiple deals throughout various stages of the sales cycle and managing email communications and forecasting a breeze. What do you dislike about Close?

Tasks could be improved slightly. They're easy to manage, but working through tasks in a succinct linear fashion would be helpful. What do you like best about Close?

I really like the layout of Close, as everything is easy to see and I can find leads and search them up effortlessly. I also appreciate that it's a very clean CRM system that helps when leads come in. One of my favorite features is the SMS templates, which allow me to send many messages quickly, helping me increase sales for the company. The search function is another feature I value because it helps me look up leads quickly and provides all the information I need about them in one space. "Perfect for Small Teams with Intuitive UI"
What do you like best about Close?

I use Close mainly to manage my sales flow for my small business and I love how easy it is to navigate. It's laid out in a way that's not overbearing or overwhelming, with a simple flow that lets me be successfully consistent in my follow-up. For instance, when working through my leads, I can click into the first lead, do what I need to do, and then press next to work on the very next one very easily. It flawlessly provides an easy spot to keep track of who I'm talking to, when I need to follow up, and what's the value of my pipeline for the month, which is great for forecasting. It's also a really easy way to save things like email templates for prospecting and onboarding new customers. I preferred the simpler UI of Close over others. I'd rate it 10/10 for any business with a small sales team that needs an easy and effective tool to track sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

Simple user interface, easy to set up and blast campaigns, tons of features like HL. I like how it is organized in the right column. I love that it is web-based. The mobile app works pretty good, a lot better than Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

The redundancy. It would be better to only have one day to perform a function, not a half a dozen. Not knowing all the features and how to utilize them eats at me. I know I can learn more. What do you like best about Close?

I really love the filtering system and how you can filter through different things, not just through the leads, but also the numbers. When was the last time this person was called, so I could go back to that date? It definitely gets me a lot more information to then fish and dig for some perfect leads.
