What do you like best about Remote?

My overall experience with Remote has been very positive so far. From the initial onboarding to receiving payroll, everything has been handled in a structured and professional manner. The steps were clearly explained, and I always knew what to expect next, which made the entire process smooth.

The platform is straightforward and user-friendly. Important documents like employment agreements, payslips, and tax details are easy to locate, and the dashboard keeps everything neatly organized. I appreciate that all essential employment functions payroll processing, compliance, and benefits management are centralized in one place. It saves time and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth.

I access the system regularly, and it has consistently worked without issues. In addition, the support team has been prompt and helpful whenever clarification was needed, which gives a sense of reliability and trust in the service.

What do you dislike about Remote?

Up to this point, my experience has been smooth without any major challenges. The onboarding and payroll processes have been handled efficiently, and everything has functioned as expected. The platform and overall workflow feel organized and dependable.

If there’s one area that could be enhanced, it would be more proactive updates during certain stages of onboarding. While nothing was unclear, occasional status updates would add an extra layer of reassurance. Aside from that, the experience has been positive and well executed. What do you like best about Remote?

What I like best about Remote is how intuitive and easy it is to set up. The invoice generation feature saves me a lot of time because I can create and manage invoices within minutes instead of handling everything manually. Connecting my local bank account was also seamless, which makes tracking payments simple and organized. Overall, it has streamlined my workflow and made managing finances much more efficient. What do you dislike about Remote?

The one thing that i am currently facing is that it offers a bit lower dollar conversion rate as I work from Pakistan and I get paid in US dollars so the conversion rate is a bit lower. You should make the rate better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Yet Limited Payouts for Freelancers in Pakistan"
What do you like best about Remote?

I find Remote incredibly easy to use and appreciate its quick and smooth payouts. It offers options for payouts to almost all banks in Pakistan, which is really convenient, although some banks are not supported. I also really like that there are no fees on the withdrawal for the person receiving the funds. Compared to services like Payoneer that charge significant fees and take longer for transactions, Remote processes my invoices quickly—often within hours. This efficiency is a standout feature. What do you dislike about Remote?

I would really like to have an option to disable Guaranteed Payout while paying out from USD to PKR. The guaranteed payout gives a terrible conversion rate (1 USD = 271 PKR even though the actual rate is 1 USD = 281 PKR). I preferred it before, where the conversion rate was provided by the receiving bank instead of Remote. Also, Remote can only pay out in PKR for Pakistani accounts, and I would like to have an option to payout in foreign currency accounts like USD, EUR, GBP, etc. It's frustrating because I have USD accounts in Pakistani banks that I cannot pay out to using Remote. Also, Remote still doesn't allow using Meezan Bank Limited and Allied Bank Limited for Payouts in Pakistan, and I would like them to support these since some of my colleagues use these banks. What do you like best about Remote?

Remote has made my payslip management much easier. I love having one central secure space where all my important documents and payslips can accumulate. Notifications are just right! Important information is placed in the forefront. Applying for leave or adding expenses have never been easier. The app is quick to respond, and just comfortable enough without being overbearing with useless features. My interactions with customer care and the other team members on the development team were also super friendly and helpful and quick to respond. It was super easy for me to start using. No training was required. Incorporating it into my usual payslip management system was effortless, and in fact has now replaced my entire document management system for my employment-related and sensitive documents. What do you dislike about Remote?

I’ve been using Remote for the past six months, and I still haven’t found a single thing I dislike. If anything, the only hiccup I’ve run into was with my most recent expense claim: It showed as “Approved,” but for an entire month it didn’t display the expected payout date. While there are alternative payout options that allow funds to be received in USD without conversion, I have been hesitant to switch due to concerns about potential payout issues. What I like with Remote as our employer of record is that they are supporting us 24/7 through their online portal and. Remote portal has been providing HR services such as payroll, government-related inquiries, employer certification and other HR- related concerns.
