**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** karen cristine c. | Sr. Collections Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Working with Remote.com as our Employer of Record (EOR) has been an excellent experience. Their platform is intuitive, reliable, and makes managing global employment seamless. Payroll processing is consistently accurate and on time, and their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service.

Remote.com has simplified compliance, onboarding, and employee management across different regions, giving us confidence that everything is handled professionally and in accordance with local regulations. Their efficiency and transparency have allowed us to focus on growing our business while ensuring a smooth experience for our team members.

We highly recommend Remote.com to any organization looking for a trusted and dependable global EOR partner.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Very few. Overall, Remote has been reliable and easy to work with. The only improvement I would suggest is more proactive communication regarding policy updates and additional self-service features for employees.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attendance tracking and Reimbursement

 ### 2. Simple platform for managing contracts and payments to international employees and contractors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rich M. | Launch Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like most about Remote is how easy and intuitive the platform is. The onboarding process was quick and simple, tasks like reviewing my contract, creating my account, and verifying my identity were very easy to complete. I also liked that it allows me to access the legally required benefits in my country while working for a foreign company. Overall, it makes the whole experience simple and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I feel that the application lacks a little more information. There are some things that might be on the web platform, but they are not in the application. On the other hand, the payslips arrive a few days after the payment, notifying that the salary is on its way when it actually arrived a few days ago, but it doesn't represent any inconvenience.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of Remote makes it easier for me to have legal benefits, even though the company doesn't have an entity in Mexico, it also resolves the timing of when I receive my paycheck as it is very punctual. On the other hand, it makes it easy for me to keep an easily accessible record of my pay stubs and other information about my job.

 ### 3. Streamlined Payroll with Clear Transparency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esner Rose C. | Client service coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really like how I can see clearly where my pay is allocated, and the payslip is very neat. Having a clear breakdown helps me stay organized and financially aware, providing transparency regarding deductions, benefits, taxes, and overall compensation. This makes budgeting and tracking finances much easier. The neatly presented payslip reflects professionalism and attention to detail, building trust and confidence in the platform. I also find Remote user-friendly and streamlined, as it presents all payroll information clearly in one place, saving time, reducing confusion, and making managing work-related documents more convenient. It creates a smoother and more reliable employee experience, which is especially important for remote employees who rely on digital tools.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

One area that could be improved in Remote is customization and flexibility in the payslip or dashboard interface. While the layout is clean, having more options to personalize how information is displayed or downloaded would make it even more convenient for different user preferences. Another improvement could be faster updates or notifications regarding payroll processing, approvals, or document availability. Real-time updates or clearer timelines would help reduce uncertainty, especially when waiting for salary releases or important HR documents. It could also be helpful if certain sections had more detailed explanations—for example, clearer descriptions for deductions, taxes, or benefit allocations—so users can immediately understand everything without needing additional clarification from HR.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote provides me with a clear breakdown of pay allocations, ensuring transparency and organization. It offers a user-friendly, streamlined experience that saves time and reduces confusion with payroll management, ideal for remote work.

 ### 4. Efficient Payroll and Expenses Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego Alejandro S. | Customer Support Representative, Restaurants, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that I'm able to see my payslips and track my time off, including upcoming days off. I can also see and report my expenses, which is super useful if I need to report something my company will reimburse. Everything is accessible and easy to view in Remote, making it really convenient for managing these aspects of my work life. I also really appreciate the feature where I can download my payslips as a PDF, letting me see how much I get paid each month and understanding any deductions, which solves a lot of issues I used to have.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I feel like Remote can improve in customer support because response times can sometimes be slow for urgent payroll or compliance issues. Certain workflows in the platform feel less intuitive, especially for first-time administrators. Also, pricing can sometimes become expensive for smaller teams or startups.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to review and download my payslips, report expenses, and track time off and payments easily. It solves issues I had before around accessing pay information and managing expenses, providing clarity and efficiency.

 ### 5. Simple, Easy-to-Navigate UI That Makes Onboarding Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bijohn B. | GTM Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

UI/UX - was quite simple and easy to navigate
Onboarding - I have used darwinbox and other similar products, but remote helped in making the onboarding simpler for me, which is why they exist in the first place.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

maybe in the UI/UX part - we can improve the daylight mode, other than that the platform is solid, although this is not a high priority one, cause I prefer night mode, there would be people who would want to add a little bit of colour in their platforms.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After implementing RemoteHR, we were able to centralize most of our HR processes into a single platform. The onboarding experience became much smoother, employee data management became more organized, and routine HR tasks started taking significantly less time. The platform also improved visibility for both employees and the HR team, reducing back-and-forth communication for basic requests and updates.

Overall, RemoteHR has helped us improve process consistency, save time, and scale HR operations more effectively as the team grows.

 ### 6. Easy and Convenient Remote Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim C. | Client Service Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like about Remote is how easy the platform is to access and use. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes navigating through the system smooth even for first-time users. One of the features I appreciate the most is how simple and straightforward it is to submit timesheets. The process is not complicated, and everything is organized clearly, making it convenient to complete tasks efficiently without confusion or unnecessary steps.

Another feature I find very helpful is the option to reuse previously submitted timesheets by setting them as the default. This saves a lot of time and effort, especially when your weekly entries are usually the same. Instead of manually entering the same details every time, you can simply select the default timesheet and the system will automatically populate the entries from the previous week. This makes the workflow much faster and more efficient.

What’s also great is that the platform still allows flexibility even after auto-filling the timesheet. Before submitting, you can easily review and edit the hours or make adjustments whenever needed. This balance of convenience and flexibility makes the overall experience more efficient and stress-free. Overall, Remote provides a smooth and practical platform that simplifies time tracking and submission.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There is very little that I find unhelpful about using Remote since the platform is smooth and easy to use overall. One area that could be improved is the customer support system. Since Remote is used globally, having a 24/7 live chat support option would be more convenient instead of only submitting tickets and waiting for a response. A real-time support feature would make the platform even more efficient and user-friendly in the future.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing that Remote solves and benefits me with is the process of applying for leave or sick leave. The platform is very easy to use and navigate, making the application process simple and hassle-free. Instead of going through a long or complicated procedure, employees can quickly submit their leave requests with only a few clicks.

Another thing I appreciate is how the request is sent directly in real time to the HR department for approval. This makes the process faster, more efficient, and more convenient for both employees and management. Overall, the system helps save time and reduces the stress of handling leave applications manually.

 ### 7. Touchless Self-Service and a Snappy Dashboard That Makes Employment Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan W. | Customer Service, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Most things I need to do are touchless. So I can self serve on my Remote dashboard and request things like employment letters by myself. I also like that I can chat with support if I run into issues. For me as an employee, it's free of charge so that's a nice bonus. I have not connected Remote with any other integrations so I can't comment on that. The dashboard is snappy and quick to load so I'm not waiting to get important details like my payslips.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Can take a while to get a response back to a customised employer letter when needed. Also I found it tricky to follow the health insurance sign up instructions, this is much easier when you are employed directly.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote opens up career opportunities in companies that I normally would not be eligible to work for as they don't have an Irish entity. I work remotely and I value self service tools like Remotes dashboard.

 ### 8. Seamless, User-Friendly Timesheets with Easy Defaults and Edits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brinton C. | CSC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like about remote is the ease of access of the platform. It is very user-friendly platform and submitting the timesheet is very easy and not complicated. You can also set a timesheet that was previously used by setting the timesheet to default so that by next time, if you are adding new timesheet, you can just select the default timesheet and it will automatically filled with the same timesheet you used on a previous week. And whats nice is you can still edit the hours before submitting it.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Nothing is least helpful about using the Remote, almost everything is seamless and easy to use, maybe the downside I can add is the chat support, since remote is being used all around the globe, its better to have a chat support that is available 24/7 rather than sending a ticket and waiting for a resolution, so to sum up it should be a real time solution in the future.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing the remote is solving a problem and benefitting me is when applying for leave or Sick leave, Its very easy to use and navigate when you are applying for a leave, the ease of access is very simple, not complicated when applying for those leaves. 1 click and it will be sent directly real time to the HR department of the company for approval.

 ### 9. Effortless Payroll Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justine B. | CSC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like how friendly the interface of Remote is, making it easy to navigate. Everything has been seamless during my time using it, and I haven't encountered any problems with my benefits as a worker. Also, the efficiency Remote brings means my company doesn't need to hire anyone else to manage timesheets and payslips. The timeliness of the operators or customer service people is something I appreciate too; they always respond quickly, even through email, which is reassuring whenever I have inquiries or issues that need clarification.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I would like to share that although most of the instances that I am having a conversation with the customer representatives through email are still timely. , I think it would be faster if there is a platform or a part on the website itself that has a direct chat where I am talking to a live person just in case I have questions that need to be answered ASAP. And I dont have to wait for one to two business days for them to get answered.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote improves efficiency, making everything seamless and easy to navigate. It eliminates the need to hire extra staff for payroll tasks. It ensures no issues with my benefits as a worker.

 ### 10. 24/7 Support and Helpful Chatbot Articles That Answer Every Question

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noxy P. | Operations Associate, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Chat bot and customer care specialists t are available around the clock to assist with any queries and that's so convenient for me as I work odd hours (night shift). All my queries were answered clearly and the chatbot articles cleared a lot of my doubts. The help centre has ton of useful information at your disposal

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Had a bit of a problem with downloading my salary slips at first but that was quickly resolved after I reached out support it was smooth sailing from there....getting a problem fixed or taken care of is a breeze

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to manually fill out my timesheets, there's a function that allows me to automate timesheets and this saves me so much time. They always give me a heads up when I'm about to be paid and they show me all the relevant information so my pay is never a surprise, this helps me plan and budget accurately.

 ### 11. Effortless Global HR Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshay J. | Tax Operations Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I appreciate how Remote manages payroll, leave policy, and documentation, especially in India where we have members. The mobile application is easy to understand. I'm highly advocating the way Remote effectively takes care of Payroll, Leave Policy, Documentation, and region-specific country laws. It's great that Remote ensures region-specific laws are adhered to, and leaves specific to states are maintained accurately. All documents, whether uploaded by an employee or employer, are easily accessible on the application. Setting up a profile on Remote is really easy, more like filling out a simple form, which accurately captures details in the HR database.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I would suggest the MFA should have more options and not limited to just one. In case the individual loses one, the member can access the website using another alternative.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote simplifies managing Payroll, Leave Policy, and Documentation, ensuring compliance with region-specific laws. It's easy to use, with accessible documents and legal adherence across various countries.

 ### 12. Remote Makes Global Hiring and Compliance Simple. Kudos specially to the customer supports!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zenviro G. | Fashion Business Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

As a growing fashion business owner, what I like most about Remote is how it lets me hire people from different countries without needing to set up a company there, since it handles the legal employment side for me. A couple of my business owner friends recommended it, and it’s been a huge help because it manages payroll, taxes, and compliance all in one place. It honestly makes scaling my remote team feel much simpler and less risky so I can focus on building my brand. The platform is easy to navigate and understand as well as the customer support are very patient, excellent performance overall.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Everything is going to the right path so far, I have not experience something to dislike at the moment.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves the challenge of hiring and managing people in different countries without dealing with complicated legal setups, payroll systems, and compliance rules on my own. For me as a growing fashion business owner, that means I can confidently build a global team without worrying about making costly mistakes or slowing down my growth. It basically takes the operational stress off my plate so I can stay focused on scaling my brand and working with the right people wherever they are.

 ### 13. Efficient Payment Solution with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leigh Anastasia M. | Customer and billing support agent, Computer Games, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I think the support team at Remote is excellent. The platform is very strong on tax compliance and provides multiple payment options. I also like how straightforward the invoicing features are, especially when it comes to logging and marking time or overtime, which makes it easier for my salary to be paid on a monthly basis.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I feel like remote payments are sometimes a bit more delayed compared to other platforms we’ve used before. I also don’t like that there isn’t a more advanced option for contractors. On top of that, there seems to be less loyalty or fewer perks than with other companies or platforms that offer more discounts and a wider variety of options. I really feel like they could improve in these areas.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote helps me get paid, stay tax-compliant, and receive my pay regularly into my international account. Even though I’m in a different country, it makes it much easier to receive my salary in a different currency and still have it in my own currency.

 ### 14. Remote Makes Onboarding and Payroll Fast, Smooth, and Reliable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanislav K. | Group UX researcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Remote has been a game-changer for our team. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use — onboarding was smooth and we were up and running within days. The chatbot support is genuinely helpful and responsive, and whenever we needed to reach a human agent, response times were impressively fast. Salary payments are processed quickly and reliably, which gives both our team members and finance department real peace of mind. The onboarding experience for new hires is one of the best I've seen in an HR tool.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There's not much to dislike after a month of use. The reporting dashboard could offer a bit more customization for power users, and occasionally the chatbot needs to hand off to a human agent for more complex queries. These are minor points in an otherwise excellent product.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote has simplified the complexity of managing global employment for our team. Before using Remote, coordinating compliant contracts, payroll, and onboarding across different regions was a time-consuming challenge. Remote centralizes all of this in one platform, significantly reducing administrative overhead. As a Senior UX Researcher, I can now onboard international research participants and contractors quickly and compliantly, without relying heavily on our HR or legal teams for every step.

 ### 15. Intuitive HR Platform with Stellar Chat Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sirine . | Account Manager France, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I use Remote to check my payslips, do my expenses, and ask for holidays. I really appreciate the new chat function as an employer of record because it gives me instant legal HR answers to my questions. I like the chat, the user-friendly platform, and the clarity it provides. It's really super easy to use, and the mobile app is complete. I receive push notifications whenever my payslip is ready, for example. The initial setup was very clear.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

In France, we have a different way to calculate time off and I don't find this to be the case on Remote. RTT should be clear for example on the number we are gonna have each year. Congés n-1 and N must also be separated in views.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to check payslips, manage expenses, and request holidays. It solves legal HR queries instantly with the chat function and is easy to use, with a complete mobile app and push notifications for payslips.

 ### 16. Unified Access to Windows 365, AVD, and Dev Box in One Streamlined Remote App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aldrich J. | CSC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The best thing about the Remote is its unified access to multiple Windows services like Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Dev Box through a single, streamlined interface. It simplifies remote work by offering customizable home screens, multimonitor support, and seamless device redirection, making it far more flexible than the older Remote Desktop app

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Some Remote Desktop Services (RDS) scenarios aren’t yet supported. If you rely on older RemoteApp or Desktop Connection workflows, you may still need the legacy Remote Desktop app. The new interface is more customizable, but that also means users accustomed to the old Remote Desktop app may feel disoriented at first

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote is solving the complexity of remote access and replacing it with simplicity, consistency, and security. That translates into smoother workflows and less friction in daily tasks. Whether you’re on a laptop, tablet, or phone, you get the same experience.

 ### 17. Simplifies Remote Work with Feature-Rich Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anelisa N. | Remote Business Centre Agent , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I find Remote to be quite a handy platform, especially since I'm based in South Africa and my head office is in the UK. It makes accessing documents like tax information and contracts easy, and submitting time sheets is straightforward. I like that it helps connect the company and the employee effectively. I can sign contracts virtually and access them any time I want. At first, it was a bit tricky to navigate, but once I got used to it, it became quite easy. I appreciate having access to my payslips and being able to raise disputes through the platform. Requesting time off is simple, and I can see my upcoming leave days or public holidays effortlessly. Having access to my EOR is crucial, as it outlines expectations and conditions with my employer. I found the signup process for Remote to be very easy and transparent, particularly as a new hire. The platform gives me peace of mind knowing my information is stored safely, and I value the accessibility via phone, which is convenient during emergencies or when I'm on the go. It's a system I believe every company should use, as it bridges the gap between HR, tax, and the employee, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

At first, it was a bit hard to navigate. I wasn't sure how to go about using it. I feel like it could be easier to track or upload your time sheet. I'm not sure if I'm not able to do it, but it's something that doesn't have to be done weekly. If there's an option to automatically record your hours and then you approve that, I need that option.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Remote handy for accessing documents, tax information, contracts, and submitting timesheets. It simplifies the connection between remote employees and international companies, ensuring access to important documents and features like pay slips, leave requests, and more, making it convenient and secure.

 ### 18. “A Seamless Platform for Global Teams”

The platform also provides strong global compliance support for international hiring, which adds peace of mind. Customer support has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Overall, it saves time by streamlining HR and administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Some workflows require too many steps
Customer support can occasionally be slow
Reporting/customization options are limited
Mobile experience could be improved
Payroll/compliance details are sometimes unclear

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have an international team that takes care of administrative tasks and because of Remote managing them got really easy for me. Remote is taking care if the salary, contractual agreements, and the benefit related processes. The platform is pretty simple yet very excellent in terms of its performance, the price is just right, their customer support is very accommodating as well when I reached out to them for an inquiry. ### 20. Streamlined HR Processes with User-Friendly Remote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | Sales & Onboarding Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I appreciate Remote's simple, user-friendly interface. It saves me time and provides clarity because I don't have to search through the site to find what I am looking for. It helps organize and makes submitting PTO requests easy, makes seeing financial documents easy, and makes submitting expenses easy. The initial setup was super easy for me; I received a message from my company admin and it was self-explanatory from there.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

 ### 21. Making Global Team Management Simple and Stress Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charvère N. | Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I really appreciate about Remote is how much it simplifies managing a global team. Hiring and paying people across different countries used to feel overwhelming, but now it’s pretty straightforward. As an admin, it’s a huge relief knowing compliance is already built in. I’m not constantly second guessing whether we’re aligned with local labor laws. On top of that, the platform is really easy to use, which saves me a lot of time in my day to day work. It lets me focus more on supporting our team instead of getting stuck in paperwork.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The platform is great and I did not encounter anything to dislike.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an admin, one of my biggest challenges is managing all the moving parts of a global team payroll, compliance, and benefits can get complicated really fast. What I like about Remote is that it solves that problem for me by bringing everything into one place. I don’t have to juggle multiple systems or constantly worry about staying on top of different countries labor laws. It’s all handled reliably in the background, which gives me peace of mind. In a practical sense, it saves me a lot of time, reduces stress, and frees me up to focus on supporting our team instead of getting caught up in admin work.

 ### 22. Reliable, Simple Global Hiring and Payroll. Totally Worth the Price!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elle T. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like best about Remote is how straightforward it makes managing an international team. As a manager, I don’t have to worry about the legal side of hiring in different countries. It takes care of payroll, local compliance, contracts, and benefits in one place. Instead of spending hours coordinating with different providers or researching labor laws, I can focus on supporting my team and driving results. That platform's reliability and simplicity have made a real difference in how efficiently we operate every day. I also contacted their customer support once and they are very great! Totally worth the price.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Honestly, I have not experience anything to dislike.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote benefits me as a manager because it removes a lot of administrative complexity and reduces the risk of compliance errors. As a result, I can focus more on leading my team and improving operations instead of handling paperwork and regulations.

 ### 23. Remote Makes Global Hiring and Payroll Compliance Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like best about Remote is that it allows companies to hire talent in a lot of different locations. It takes care of all the administrative burden such as payroll and compliance with local laws. They provide a web app as well as an app that has a lot of useful information such as time off management, job information and they even feature a chat based interface in which you can quickly get answers to all of your questions. The chat also has an AI interface that can quickly surface answers but if that is not sufficient you can also get help from a human.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Certain things require follow up via email, and I think there could be an opportunity there to handle all the cases directly in the app without having to switch to an email in order to wait for the response

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote is solving the issue that many companies have, they want to hire talent in different parts of the world but they do not have a legal entity in that country. By using Remote, I can be legally employed in my country and they take care of all the administrative burden such as taxes and also local regulations

 ### 24. Efficient Payroll, Needs Personal Touch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark M. | Camera Operator

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that Remote allowed me to work for a US company and effectively facilitated my payroll, even though there were some issues. I found it beneficial that they handled my payroll and always made sure I got paid. Working remotely from home was also a cool aspect. The initial setup was super easy, which I appreciated, although the payment process was a bit different at first.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The talking to AI agents when you're dealing with somebody's income is not really the best solution. I know it's an easy way to handle the volume of people that you're dealing with, but when you're dealing with somebody's paycheck and somebody's monthly income, it's pretty important that a real person is dealing with it. And I think my biggest concern was not getting real answers or getting answers from robots that didn't really know the full answer. So the best answer is not to answer at all, unless you know what you're dealing with in terms of somebody's income.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solved my problem of working for a US company by facilitating payroll, ensuring I got paid, even with issues.

 ### 25. Efficient Contractor Conversion, Needs Consistent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laszlan A. | HR Support 1, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like Remote for its benefit marketplace, which allows me to choose locally relevant benefits per country, such as health and pension, rather than relying on a generic global package. This is important as not every country has the same laws or needs. In some countries, it's mandatory to have a pension package with payroll, while others do not require it. The marketplace helps differentiate between each country's employment laws and manages these differences, so we don't have to study each country's laws ourselves.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The customer support quality reportedly varied a lot depending on which country or region the employee is based in. Some regions have stronger support, while others have lower support, which I think is very unfair for countries that don't receive the same level of support.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote helps us convert existing contractors into full-time employees, managing their benefits and respecting local laws. It simplifies onboarding and employment across countries, allowing us to retain talent globally without legal knowledge.

 ### 26. Average Remote Experience: Simple, Fast, and Intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like best about Remote is how it makes the entire employee experience feel effortless. From receiving payments on time without ever having to chase anything down, to having all my documents, payslips, and benefits in one clean and intuitive dashboard. Everything just works as expected without being choppy or slow.

Setting up the account and understanding what was needing to start using Remote was also very simple.

The AI-powered assistance built into the platform feels like having a knowledgeable HR companion available at any moment.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Honestly, it's hard to find significant complaints as an employee, the platform delivers on what matters most. If I had to point to anything, it would be that some of the more advanced features or settings can take a little time to discover on your own. The platform is rich with functionality, and occasionally it feels like there's more beneath the surface than what's immediately visible.

Also, while the AI assistance is impressive, there are moments where more complex or very specific questions still benefit from human follow-up. That said, the support team has always been responsive when that's been needed.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote takes the complexity out of being employed by a foreign company. Things like cross-border payments, contracts, tax documents, and benefits are all handled in one place, so I never have to chase anything down or wonder if something is being done correctly.

The benefits package included is a big deal too, the quality of what's offered makes it clear the platform justifies its cost. As an employee, it genuinely feels like a premium experience.

 ### 27. Global hiring made incredibly simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicja M. | Payroll Administrator, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The platform ensures the hiring process of international employees is extremely hassle-free and fully compliant with local labor laws. The onboarding journey is very automated and takes new employees step-by-step through document submission. The management of global payroll in several different countries is handled natively in one superbly designed interface.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The response time for customer support is far too long and can cause delays in timely payroll processing. The custom reporting tools are extremely limited and cannot accurately export key financial information. When trying to update employee contract information, administrators often run into errors.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By removing the massive legal complications of creating foreign corporate structures simply to attract international talent, Remote makes it easier to hire internationally. With Remote, hiring internationally becomes easier because it eliminates the vast legal burden of setting up foreign corporate entities just for this purpose. The automated contract generation feature is a huge timesaver in our human resources department, saving dozens of hours each month.

 ### 28. Remote Is User-Friendly, Fast, and Clear—With Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago R. | Customer onboarding manager - L2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I’ve used another product in the past, and I find Remote very user-friendly. When I need support, I get help quickly, and the information in the app is clear and easy to understand. I’ve also tried the AI chat, which gives fast, helpful answers.

The app’s performance has been great as well. I use it mainly for expenses and time off.

I haven’t used any integrations yet, but I assume my team uses it because the price is better than other options.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

For now, I'd say the support I've found is only in English. It's not that I 100% need Spanish support all the time. But, I find that helpful with Colombian specific questions.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast access to information about my payslip, contracts etc.

 ### 29. Remote is a fantastic platform that is super easy to install and navigate

The interface is clean and intuitive, and each section loads extremely fast with no lag or delays. It integrates smoothly with our existing workflow and onboarding new employees was seamless. We have not had any issues with deposits or payroll accuracy, making it well worth the price. The support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed, and having all employee data, payroll, and performance information in one smart dashboard makes managing our team so much easier. Highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There isn't something I dislike, I cant find the app in MAC.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I had is having app on my phone to help me request PTO and with remote I have it all

It's very simple to navigate, be it the app or the website, and everything is easy to understand, including the help centers. When I email them, they respond very quickly, which I appreciate. Their customer service is very friendly and responsive to our queries. I enjoy how smooth and easy the initial setup was. Their self-service steps were easy to follow, making it simple to upload documents. The extra layer of security available makes me feel secure and adds to the app's appeal. Overall, I love the app's design and how it looks, it's really a walk in the park to use.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Not really dislike. The way they send emails can be confusiing sometime.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I view my payslips easily, and I appreciate how user-friendly Remote is. Their quick, friendly support and the app's simplicity make it easy to use. It's user-friendly, secure, and provides a smooth setup for managing HR tasks.

It keeps track of notifications for any upcoming payments, so I don't have to manually follow up on my invoices. The direct payment feature also saves me from the hassle of tracking bills. Additionally, the initial setup was the quickest I've ever seen—just a few clicks and I was onboarded without any worries.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Not a single thing at the moment. It helps me fulfill all my current requirements.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

What I like best about Remote is that it lets me hire people from other countries without the headache of setting up a company there, which saves me a lot of time and cost. I also appreciate that the system is very easy to integrate the payroll, taxes, and compliance are implemented in one place, so I don’t have to worry about making mistakes with international rules. I tired contacting there customer support once and they are very excellent!

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I have not encountered anything to dislike at the moment.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small business owner, Remote solves the challenge of hiring and paying international team members without needing to set up legal entities in each country. It handles payroll, compliance, taxes, and contracts in one platform, which saves me a lot of time and reduces the risk of making costly mistakes. This allows me to focus more on growing the business while confidently managing a global team.

 ### 33. Helpful for managing international employees

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabelle P. | People Operations Specialist, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really love the fact that Remote makes it much easier to hire and pay folks across the globe. The set up is fairly straightforward, even if you're not an HR professional. It stores contracts, payments and employee information all in one location, saving a lot of back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There's a bit of lag in some parts when waiting for updates or approvals. The cost may also seem steep when you are only looking to get assistance for one or two individuals. I wish explanations within the product were a little easier to understand.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Remote, you can work with the less-than-pleasant aspects of hiring individuals from other nations. It does the work of payroll, local rules, employment paperwork, etc. which I don't have to figure out. That's easier to deal with good people, wherever they're at. It also helps me to feel better sure that everything is done right.

 ### 34. Remote Makes EOR Payroll and Contracts Effortless with Fast, Incredible Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dëborë B. | Recruitment Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

To compare Remote with other EOR payroll platforms, Remote has offered our company the luxury of dealing with all legal aspects of creating a contract and informing us in a tmely manner if there is something missing from the new hire. The customer support is incredible and very fast repliers. There is plenty of features useful to be used. I use this platform daily to manage my EOR and their payroll, time offs. It has been incredibly easy to use for the new hires as well.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There isn't anything that comes top of my head that I don't like about Remote. It's worth it the price that we are paying.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll management is the main and most benefiting feature that Remote does for our EOR hires where we don't have an entity on. The remote team knows all the rules and all the country specific regulations so our team does not have to deal with any of that, we just initiate the onboarding of that new hire and give in the personal information and the rest is dealt from Remote. Before using Remote, it was very hard to keep up and stay accurate with all of the new hires all around the world. Remote has definitely have a great impact to our workflow.

 ### 35. Incredibly Handy Time Tracking without all the ads!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan H. | Office and Operations Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The app is incredibly handy, and the UI is intuitive. I’ve used other time-tracking software that felt clunky, packed with adverts, and made it difficult to export or submit my time. Remotes app, by contrast, has an intelligent layout that helps me get tasks done quickly. The onboarding process was simple and straightforward, so I was able to start using it right away.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

It would be great to have a summary on the home page so I can quickly reference my performance for the week or month.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote provides a straightforward way for me to track my time as a contractor with a new client, and it also makes it easy to submit timesheets for payment. The ROI for a few minutes of time tracking each week is invaluable.

 ### 36. Reliable Onboarding & Payroll in a Clean, Async-Friendly Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MOHIT C. | Business Intelligence Developer, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Remote makes onboarding and payroll incredibly reliable. The interface is very clean and user-friendly. I used it weekly for time tracking, monthly for pay stubs. It only takes a few seconds to perform these tasks. What impressed the most was the seamless setup of the account during the onboarding process. The responsive customer support and the ease of integration for uploading the documents.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Remote work seamlessly with the national public holidays.
One great idea for future enhancements would be the ability to auto-sync additional state-specific regional holidays, which currently require a manual request and a 1-2 day approval process. This would take ease of use to a whole new level.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves the problem of hiring people from all over the globe by handling the complexity of local laws, taxes, and work ownership.
Personally, I find that Remote provides a lot of peace of mind, knowing that my contract is 100% compliant.
I'll get my salary on time in my own currency, without having to worry about the wire transfer fees or tax issues.

 ### 37. Efficient Tool for Managing Distributed Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijaysing P. | Test Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Remote provides convenient global hiring and payroll services, along with built-in expertise in compliance across over 100 countries. Being an HR manager who uses Remote once weekly for over 14 months, I like the ability to easily onboard 20+ foreign contractors monthly through one dashboard with automated tax filing which ensures Employer of Record compliance.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Pricing can be high for premium tiers (around 10-15% per contractor), especially for long-term hires. Some offboarding procedures involve multi-step verifications that take 2-3 days longer than expected during high-volume periods.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote eliminates complexities in international recruitment, compliance, and payroll by handling contracts, payments, and local labor laws in one platform. In my role scaling a distributed team of 50+, it cuts admin time by 60% (from 15 hours to 6 hours weekly per hire), reduces compliance risks, and accelerates go-to-market in new regions.

 ### 38. Seamless experience with Remote.com as an Employer of Record

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote?**

My employer uses Remote.com as an employer of record. For me, this is the second time using this setup. The process has been incredibly straightforward; I was able to upload the required documents easily and can find all necessary information without hassle. Furthermore, the Remote.com platform is exceptionally user-friendly. It's a significant improvement over other internal software tools I've used throughout my career for managing vacation time, accessing payslips, and other HR-related tasks.

I'm also a fan of the MCP server.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

It has happened a few times that some of my expenses were labeled as taxable even though they were not. The support team fixed that quickly though.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote.com enables me to work from a country where my employer doesn't have a legal entity established. This way I can have a family while not sacrificing my career by being unable to move to "hotspots".

 ### 39. Remote Provide An Excellent Global Hiring, Needs Better Termination Process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imanda I. | Office Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The best tools from Remote is their customizable employment contract builder. Our legal team appreciates it because it automatically includes required clauses and notice periods for different countries based on the selected location. Plus, we can add our own company-specific terms and tailor the agreements to fit how we work without starting from scratch or needing to hire a local employment lawyer each time. Creating employee accounts and starting a new hire flow is smooth and well-designed. The platform guides you through each step clearly, and most onboarding processes can be handled directly by the employee through their own portal.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I really don't like the termination process. In certain countries, it has been slower than expected. When a role becomes redundant in one of our markets, the process took significantly longer than Remote initially indicated. Communication during that period was inconsistent. We had to follow-up multiple times to get status updates, and the uncertainty was uncomfortable for everyone involved. Clearer timeline upfront and more proactive updates during the termination process will make the difficult situation less stressful.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves our currency exchange delay issues, ensuring employee payments in Colombia and Portugal arrive on time and at the correct rate, unlike our previous provider.

 ### 40. Remote Is Incredibly User-Friendly for Payslips, Timesheets, and Leave

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin A. | Virtual Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The ease of use of remote especially viewing your payslip, sumbitting your timesheet, applying for Leave. I mean even an 80 year old knows how to use remote and how user friendly it is. This is the best platform tjat i used so far.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I think minor improvements, like a 24 /7 chat support if you encounter some problems. Since remote is being used worldwide, wherever you are in the world, someone can reply with your concern in realtime to lessen creating tickets

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that remote is helping us is submitting our timesheet, even if you do it manually, there is an option where you can set it as a default so that next timesheet you submit, you just have the use the default one, and whats good is you can still edit it before submitting.

 ### 41. Simple, Reliable Payroll Management with Remote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis F. | Content Specialist II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I think that Remote is really easy to use. The UX and UI are excellent, and it feels like a plug-and-play kind of thing where you start using it right away. It's been simple to use, and it's never been a nuisance. In terms of operability, it's excellent with no issues. The initial setup was extremely simple, taking just five minutes to learn how to use the platform, and I had no issues with it. If I had a question, I could ask someone from Remote's staff and got an answer right away. Overall, it's very reliable and really simple, making it a great platform.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I usually get my payslips two weeks after I get my actual payment, so it's a bit desperate in terms of timing. It's confusing because I tend to believe it's my current payslip, but it's actually the previous one. It's a little strange, though it might just be a logistical issue.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote allows me to receive timely payments, manage payslips, and handle vacation requests easily. I can also send timesheets for review, streamlining payroll-related tasks.

 ### 42. Easy, intuitiva, self service experience!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julio R. | Representante de Atención al Cliente Bilingüe, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I just got my 1st payout with Remote but my experience so far has been seemless. From the hiring process, document submission and pmatform registration I have not had the need to talk to anyone. Everything works remotely and I love that.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

1 think I didnt like so far was the la k of stress o my benefits. I have learned more about the benefits I get from colleagues than from Remote itself. I would like Remote to highlight more this info.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an employee, having a pmatform were I get accesos to my paystubs, have acccess to ask for time off. Benefits and more with out having to send emails to múltiple People is a great advantage. These days we appreciate easy acccess to information and self service and Remote is delivering that.

 ### 43. Positive Experience with Clear Processes and Timely Payments with Minor Areas for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fund-Raising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really appreciated how fast and smooth my onboarding process was. The team was very helpful, provided support whenever needed, and followed up throughout the process. I also value that payments are always made on time and that all payroll information is clear and transparent. Overall, Remote has been reliable and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

So far, I have not experienced any major issues with Remote. The only area I believe could be improved is the communication around union contributions for foreign employees who may be unfamiliar with Brazilian labor laws and payroll practices. I would have appreciated clearer information regarding the contribution amount, as well as the fact that there is only a limited period after starting employment to opt out. Additionally, since enrollment can be completed remotely, it would be helpful if the opt-out process could also be handled remotely.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One area where I believe Remote could provide additional value is in supporting foreign employees who may not be familiar with local labor regulations. For example, when I raised concerns regarding union contributions, I was informed that the matter could only be resolved directly with the union. However, I was enrolled without ever having to communicate with the union myself. It would have been helpful if Remote could facilitate communication by providing clearer guidance, contact information, or advocating for a process where opting out can be handled remotely, just as enrollment was. Requiring employees to visit a union office in person and submit a handwritten letter can be particularly challenging for foreign workers who are still learning how local systems operate.

 ### 44. Straightforward UK Onboarding with Helpful Notifications

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aimee M. | Candidate HR Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Since this is my first time starting a job with a UK-based company, Remote made the onboarding process feel straightforward and not overwhelming. Everything was clearly laid out, so I always knew which step I was on and what to do next. I also really like the notifications - I don’t have to keep checking the platform because I get updates when things like my timesheets are approved or when something needs my attention. Overall, it makes the whole process feel smooth and easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

At first, I struggled a bit with manually loading my timesheets because it wasn’t immediately clear what the most efficient approach was. However, after speaking with one of the chatbot assistants, they guided me to an automatic way to submit them, which made the whole process much easier. It would be helpful if this option were clearer from the start, especially for new users.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote makes it possible for me to work for a UK company while being based in another country, without having to worry about the legal or payroll side of things. It simplified the onboarding process and made things like contracts, right-to-work checks, and payments feel much more manageable, especially as someone starting their first role.

 ### 45. Streamlined Remote Work with Some Localization Drawbacks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John C.

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I find Remote incredibly straightforward. It allows me to see absolutely everything I need, like payslips, doing expenses, and time off tracking. All my documentation and any benefits included are there too. Having everything in one platform makes it easy to access and understand my payslip.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I think one of the biggest examples is that all of the benefits that are supplied are incredibly US centric. So based in New Zealand, the cover and medical support that I've just been looking at really isn't fit or tailored for the New Zealand market. It's very much tailored for The USA market.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves hiring challenges, enabling my company in the US to hire me while working remotely in New Zealand. It simplifies payroll, contract management, expenses, and time off, making everything accessible and easy to read in one platform, streamlining my HR processes.

 ### 46. Helpful Support and Easy Self-Service Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The response time is normally fast and the agents are kind and helpful. I'm able to find most things I need on my own.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Finding information about my healthcare provider wasnt so intuitive. I'm not sure if it's something about Spain, but it took me long to understand the aspects around this topic. The Cobee enrollment to access some benefits wasn't clear until weeks after I enrolled, so maybe a little demo video explaining all benefits we get through Cobee could help new employees. The start of a new job is very stressful per se, so any little thing that helps making this process smoother is welcome.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been helping me understand the benefits associated to my work. I must say the support is great, so whenever I face an issue, I know that opening a ticket will likely solve my problem in some hours.

 ### 47. Simplifies Global HR Management with Transparency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel F. | Recruitment Administrative Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like how Remote is very simple and organized, which makes managing my employment details, payroll, and other documents a breeze by having everything on one platform. I appreciate the transparency in everything, which really makes a big difference in my day-to-day experience. Instead of reaching out to HR, I can access my payslip, contract, and personal details all in Remote.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The HMO feature since when I added dependents there is a charge to me and I don't have a specific person to call regarding this. It would be much better if there is a contact number of the representative.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to manage my employment details, payroll, and documents in one place. It addresses my challenges managing these details, especially when working with international clients, by providing a simple, organized, and transparent platform, eliminating the need to contact HR.

 ### 48. Seamless Remote Access Boosts Flexibility and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LYDIA D. | assistant logistics coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that I can use Remote both from my phone and my laptop. It's very valuable for me because remote access allows me to access files and applications from anywhere, making both work and daily life easier. It also provides flexibility, saves time, and increases productivity. I can easily use it from home and take holidays easily, and I can see when I get my payslip. Plus, using Remote with other tools and software, such as cloud storage and communication apps, helps me work more efficiently and stay connected.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

i can use from my phone and laptop easily

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Remote makes my work flexible, saving time and boosting productivity. I can easily work from home, take holidays, and check payslips. Its compatibility with phone and laptop and integration with cloud storage and communication apps help me work efficiently from anywhere.

 ### 49. 24/7 Human Support and Chatbot Articles Made Onboarding with Remote a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mpatho B. | Compliance Operations Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Having access to both the chatbot articles and access to Customer Care Specialists 24/7 has been a game-changer for me during my first month with Remote as my EOR because it has eased the anxiety that is normally present within the first month of starting a new job. I was able to get quick and clear answers to my questions from both the chatbot and Yoshi as they came up instead of having to collect them and send the durning normal business hours.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I only really struggled with the uploading of my documentation before I started my new job. This was quickly resolved after I'd let Talent, the Onboarding Operations Specialist, know about this. Talent explained the features of the app and what was required to complete the steps. It was smooth sailing from there.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote has really been quite good at saving me time by automating functions such as the weekly submission of timesheets. This ensures that I can actually focus on my work tasks instead of dedicating time to these administrative tasks.

 ### 50. Remote Is The Best Because OF Their Transparent Global Hiring with Intuitive Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wenzel M. | IT Manager Assistant 2, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I love the cost calculator tool that Remote provides. It's really helpful to use before every new hire conversation. I can enter a country and a salary and get visibility into the full employment cost, including taxes, mandatory benefits, and the Remote service fee, before committing to anything. This upfront visibility helps us budget more accurately and avoid surprises. Additionally, the platform is intuitive, and both new employees and employers pick it up quickly. The dashboard is clean, and finding things doesn't require any training. Our HR manager was able to manage payroll approval and contract changes independently within the first week. From the employee side, team members consistently share that the onboarding is well organized and professional.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I don't like the expenses and reimbursement workflow, it's more manual than I'd expect. For a tool that handles payroll, the monthly expense submission process feels like it was built as an afterthought. Teams with frequent expense claims will find it clunky.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote helps us employ people in countries without legal entities, managing payroll and local benefits. It provides visibility in onboarding and has a cost calculator tool for budgeting, reducing surprises and ensuring transparency.
