    "Ultipro Review: I like how user friendly this software is. You really don't need a tutorial to go start using this program. I like that I can access my pay stub even a day before I actually get paid. I also like how easy it is to track my hours or to input vacation or sick time. I also like that I can pull it up on my phone if need be. I don't always start my day at the office so it's nice that I can clock in through the internet on my phone from any location. "

My standard is getting to where I want to go in 3 clicks or less. In most cases, I can accomplish a move in one or two clicks.     "Kronos for the most part takes care of all our timekeeping needs: The most helpful thing is to not have to manually enter in employees time from timesheets. Time being captured at the clocks or by employee time stamps ensures our employees are getting paid accurately for all time worked. It is a very user friendly application with simple user interface and neither complex or flashy to use. Also the delivered functionality provided by PeopleSoft is very much efficient to use for any multinational company and the maintenance of the product is very cheap as from the latest version 9.2 it doesn't require a project to be carried out to upgrade to newer version."

With bamboohr we can track candidates (ATS). We really liked being able to take complete control of the personnel lists, their activity, and their assistance. With Dayforce we were able to make the switch from paper timesheets to having our employees entering data into the timesheets on the software - which are reviewed in real time by managers. We have a complicated way of paying our field staff who make visits in patient homes and the implementation team worked with us to come up with a solution."

    "The difficult thing is to calculate payroll and benefits of employees,Taste everything makes it easy: Its simplicity I love it, it's fast and the way it allows me to register employees is amazing, GUSTO is a well designed software because its integration with other accounting software streamlines the process, the way it has helped me save time is simple, it has taken away some headaches, since it only takes 30 seconds to generate the payroll, before generating a payroll were hours of horror for me, and lately in my company many customers and employees pass by who do not have the minimum knowledge that I LIKE It exists, and for us when we teach them how to calculate the benefits of their administration and organize their expenses, GUSTO has been very useful for us and has a very attractive and friendly website."

    "Overall Successfactors Experience: I have been using SF for five plus years at two different companies as the core cloud administrator and find that the integrated modules and simplicity of the program holistically is truly fantastic. I love the compensation module and all of the talent suite. Performance Management can range from more traditional to more innovative allowing for continuous performance management and or development sessions along with Talent reviews and calibration. All critical data points from the Talent suite feed into Compensation and core. This allows for seamless process management and live reporting/analytics. Onboarding is a very sound program along with the ATS. The ATS is split into two modules, Recruiting Management (Core ATS) and Recruiting Marketing (Career site, Job posting aggregator and AAP/additional reporting capabilities). As an administrator, I like that a lot of the configuration is available for me. Some is still with Provisioning/SF/Third party but each year Sf is moving more and more to the admin side. I also love that this can be fully managed by an HRIS team vs. having to involve IT. HR data needs to be secure and kept within HR. When all the puzzle pieces are in play the program is a well-oiled machine allowing for easy navigation, seamless data flow and an engaging HRM for employees. I would consider this one of the top three programs in the market today. I feel the price point and full suite offering makes Sf a very solid option for any size org. "

    "A program to streamline all your human resources work: I really like this software because of its friendly interface, since it allows me to use it without much prior knowledge, even without being connected to the web all the time.
