Yeah do their own hiring process and hire people to work directoy for them and not kick people out just like they are trash

**What problems is Remote HR Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving a contractor issue, cause my real employer can't hire and pay people in my country, so my real employer is contracting me through Remote and Remote is doing all the process for payment and HR and management process for my new job and role, that really benefits me cause im being able to recieve payments in USD$ thanks to them and their excellent management.

**What do you like best about Remote HR Management?**

What I like most about Remote is the simplicity and intuitive design of the app. Everything is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and use. I also appreciate the app’s speed and smooth performance, which enhances the overall user experience.

**What do you dislike about Remote HR Management?**

Some areas I believe could be improved include the need to visit the website for certain data changes, which would be more convenient if handled directly within the app. I also think it would be helpful to have a quick-access "Files" button in the bottom navigation bar. Additionally, having a built-in PDF previewer in the app would make document handling smoother. Lastly, syncing between email and in-app notifications could be improved. For instance, sometimes I receive a notification about an incoming payment even after the payment has already been processed.

Remote is helping streamline payroll processes and manage time-off tracking efficiently.

**What do you like best about Remote HR Management?**

I have been using EOR since 2023 and we recently switched to Remote because it offered more flexibility in hiring in different countries. The entire onboarding process was smooth and easy. Contracts and personal Information migration, integration, and switching was very well handled by Remote Onboarding and Visa/Work Permit Support teams. Everything was handled online without any paper-based communications in Germany. The online portal is very clean and efficient to use, and all workflows are clearly explained.

**What do you dislike about Remote HR Management?**

There are many automated reminder emails which I do not need, but they are not a problem at all. I have not observed any issues or bugs till now, which is quite unexpectedly good.

**What problems is Remote HR Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote Solutions help us solve the challenge of managing complex legal, tax, and compliance requirements when hiring remote employees globally. It prevents problems due to the complexities of different local laws and bureaucratic hurdles. The platform streamlines the entire hiring process, ensuring compliance and handling all administrative tasks. The benefit I've realized is that I can focus on my work without worrying about legal issues or paperwork. For companies, it saves time and resources while enabling them to build and manage a diverse, global team with ease.

What I like most about Remote is how simple and stress-free it makes things.

I don’t have to worry about getting paid on time or dealing with confusing paperwork. Everything—my contract, payslips, time off—is in one place and easy to find.

Whenever I’ve had a question, support has been quick and helpful. It just works, and that gives me peace of mind as a remote employee.

Remote takes care of the legal and admin side of being employed in a different country.

**What do you like best about Remote HR Management?**

Remote works as a very easy-to-use and intuitive platform, that serves as a management tool for your payments and hours logged as a remote worker. Knowing that the future is guiding us towards a new professional environment, it’s important to have these tools to help us adapt to this new way of working.

**What do you dislike about Remote HR Management?**

Two downsides for me initially: the payment methods available are not that many, considering that my country (Colombia) doesn’t use Stripe for example, it was hard to set up at first. The second thing I would mention would be the timeline for payments, sometimes I’m not exactly sure if the employer has seen it or not.

It’s solving the problem of not having a way to manage payroll and documents important to the job I’m performing, and it’s benefiting me in making payments easier and more manageable.

What we like best is that we don’t have to stress about whether we’re doing things right when hiring internationally. Remote takes care of the contracts, payroll, and compliance stuff so we can just focus on working with our team.

There’s not much to dislike, honestly. If we had to nitpick, maybe just wishing some of the workflows felt a bit faster or more transparent. But overall, the experience has been solid and the team’s been great to work with.

Remote makes it possible for us to hire people in countries where we don’t have a legal presence. Without it, we’d be stuck dealing with a ton of bureaucracy or not hiring great people at all. It’s saved us time, legal headaches, and let us build a more global team much faster.

Remote provides exact payroll solution like physical organisation, I'm indian employee working for spanish employer and Remote handles evrything from monthly payroll, taxation, PF services, Medical insuarnces and other employee benefits.
Their support team is very punctual, provide solution on time.
Platform is very easy to use and one can find almost everything in one place.

Almost everything is there but managing other benefits like medi cliam releted things in remote.com will make it more powerful.

I’ve been working remotely for a European company, and my employment is managed through Remote.com, which acts as the Employer of Record (EOR) in my home country. Over the past years , I’ve had a firsthand experience of how Remote handles international employment, payroll, and compliance.
As an international employee, Remote.com has made working for a foreign company not just possible but simple and legally secure. I don't have to worry about whether I’m being paid correctly, taxed appropriately, or whether my employment is compliant — Remote handles all of that behind the scenes.

It’s not flashy, and it’s not meant to be a social HR platform. But it’s solid, reliable, compliant, and stress-free, which is exactly what I need from an international payroll provider.

Once you've completed the onboarding process, the portal becomes quite intuitive to use. Time and PTO calendar functions works well and really help with management approval.

**What do you dislike about Remote HR Management?**

Awful onboarding procedure - duplicated files, lack of translations, long waiting times for assistance. Everything should be well thought out, but instead, it feels like a complete mess. The process took a lot more than expected.

We’ve had a few tricky employment situations lately, and Remote handled them well, which took a lot of pressure off. We also integrated our HR systems without any issues, so we're still really happy with the service overall.

It’d be great if there were a quicker way to get routed to the right person, especially for complex or specialist queries. That said, once we’ve been connected to the right contact, the support has been solid and we’ve had no complaints

They include typical benefits such as meal salary sacrifice. Providers are quite easy to configure.
You get notified about salary payments and other important information
App and web are quite usable

**What do you dislike about Remote HR Management?**

Benefits such as health plans are very generic in Europe and don't offer a good price value in countries such as Spain. There is not a great variety of providers for this type of benefit.

There is HR information that I couldn't find, such as the worker's agreement.

Expenses approved by my manager once get rejected by Remote for a reason related to taxes. It was very difficult to understand why and the next steps to solve the problem (it took 3 months)

If you are new to having international employees, you really rely on your account manager to guide you. I found that to be a revolving door with a new account manager every few months. 
I also greatly dislike the name, as it is hard to find if you are doing a search. I always use a link.

I don't have to open an office in a foreign country, Remote is it!

One thing that would make go back to an app/service or recommend, is the customer support. How fast they are solving my problem, how the steps given can be used. Is it easy or not? 
Remote is excellent in this case: fast responding, helping me with links when I did not know how, gave me step by step, talked among eachother and gave me the right person to solve the problem!

Not sure if there is something I do dislike. 
Oh … might be something. Yesterday was my bday and as a good HR company, a Happy Birthday should be in order. More human approach :D

**What do you like best about Remote HR Management?**

I’ve had a great experience with Remote managing my contract.
- Their team is professional, and always quick to help. I appreciate how clear and easy their communication is. Whenever I have a question, they respond fast and make things simple.
- Their platform is user-friendly, I can easily find all my documents and payment details. I can request time off or create expenses very seamlessly.
- They handle my country’s employment laws very well, so I don’t have to worry about compliance, even though my country’s regulations are very different from those of my company and managers’ country.

**What do you dislike about Remote HR Management?**

My only complaint is that the onboarding process took longer than expected. At one point, I wondered if my contract was stuck in their review process. Their support confirmed it was unusually delayed, which was stressful since it postponed my job security and my departure from my previous employer.

Remote simplifies working with international companies by taking care of contracts and payments. They handle my country’s employment laws efficiently, so my managers and I don’t have to worry about anything.

With Remote.com’s reliable and efficient services, HackerOne APAC can confidently expand and manage their remote teams, fostering innovation and collaboration without the hassle of administrative complexities. One of the key thing which we agreed upon is the ease of onboarding/offboarding and also the insurance coverage which make it easier for everyone to use. I also requested for a APAC card that is needed for my travel to APAC Region and their immediate response make the experience very seamless and very thoughtful.

Paying our contractors was a huge challenge with them being in a different country but with Remote we are able to get them paid and Remote also takes care of any foreign regulations that we should be aware of while also helping us maintain PTO for our W2 employees. It’s been a great product to have and very affordable for even small businesses!

Paying invoices to contractors can sometimes take longer than we’d like but they recently added a “Funding” feature for faster payment methods which we are excited to set up.

The UX is great. Automatic timesheets, timeoff, payslips. It all feels natural and easy. Very clear documentation. I had to contact support once for a particular reason (regarding Italian law) and they have been super quick in responding and helpful. I would give it a 11 if possible. Also expenses are clear and easy to submit. They have a mobile app as well, which is a nice add on! It allows me to work with companies that do not have a site in my country. Very nice and modern design, nothing to do with some old platforms I had to use in the past.

Nothing in particular from an employee perspective. I reckon that this is a paid-for service, so some employers might be tempted to do "on their own", but I think the quality and support they provide is well worth.

Remote is an incredibly organized platform. It is really easy to see all of my own personal information, information about my company, as well as all of my benefit information in clear tabs on the left side of the software. It is also really intuitive such that I never feel as though I am searching for the information I need because of the level of detail that remote has gone in to make the platform as user-friendly as possible. In addition, the on boarding process and account creation through remote was very easy and straightforward, and it would give me updates of things that I had not yet completed, which was helpful to ensure that I got it all done prior to my start date.

The only downside that I have experienced with remote is when I do go to my benefits page in order to actually see my RRSP savings for example, I have to go to a third-party site for Canada Life and it would be cool if somehow that account was linked to my remote account for ease.

Remote solves the ability to see all of your information very clearly. I never feel this, though. I have to go search to find my bank information, my address information, etc. if I ever need to update any of this, it is really easy to do so.

Support staff are always friendly and super helpful with any issues or questions regarding the platform or documentation that is missing. The platform has a great way to add expenses and to see the history of the play slip, plus in general has a nice interface and works as expected since I need to use frequently when submitting expenses or vacations. 
This platform helped me organised and submit my remote job I currently have. Having an application version on mobile brings benefit using the platform and makes things easier and faster when needed.

Sometimes they are not explicit where certain documents should be upload, for example when doing the mandatory medical appointment that I need to do every year in my country, for the first time they stated where to put and what to describe, but the next years it seems they forgot about it.
The vacation system could be a little better, specially explaining how many vacay days you have left and what was used (this is usually on the right side, but the summary of the vacay or special events day can be confusing).

Best thing about Remote for me is it has not only HR related stuff like employees information, vacation days and stuff but also financial stuff like for example you can add your expenses there or your salary and payslips are there too and handled by Remote. I think its very good that all of these combinations under one platform. Very convenient for employees and employers also.

For me I think so far everything is great. Except one miscommunication happened between us I changed my insurance company and it was even updated in Remote but for some reason in my payroll still hefty amount of money paid to my old insurance but it was also solved by contacting the Remote team through my HR department.

Big problem I would say is everything under one roof. In my experience usually companies have several different HR tools, one used for employees vacation days and informations, Others used for Expenses and another one used for Salary payrolls. I also appreciate that when submitting expenses, the platform automatically scans invoices and extracts all relevant data, which saves a lot of time.

I use it less than 5 times a month, mainly for managing employment-related tasks like time-offs, time tracking (which can be automated), and document management.

The platform is great, it works like a charm. Its really fast and intuitive. It also offers lots of different useful features!
On top of that, the costumer support is actually amazing! It starts off with an AI Assistance (which we all know sometimes is frustrating) but quickly changes to an actual person when it automatically detects the AI can't handle.

Initially it was scary to move to a new setup. This was a change that I thought I didnt want when our employees announced it to us. However, it soon became clear that it was actually a great improvement and not an hassle.
I guess what I dislike is that its a bit scary (legally) to work with a EOR initially.
