What do you like best about Leapsome?

Clean UI/UX, Multiple modules that covers 360 of performance review for employees (Goals, Peer Reviews, Performance Reviews), we are also utilizing the meeting module which helps set up a better 1:1 meetings notes and action items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

I like that Leapsome compiles and consolidates everything in one place, providing a standardized and cohesive tool for managing relationships between managers and direct reports. It's really helpful having it all in one singular tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

The only major or core area of improvement I have for Leapsome is the meeting notes feature. It's not super intuitive when it comes to how notes from previous meetings are carried over into new meetings. I've also noticed that notes from previous meetings are being pulled erroneously into new meetings.
