If I can't figure it out, it's a quick phone call or email to Joyce and easily shown or explained how to do it. **What do you dislike about Cavu HCM?** If I had to pick one thing and I had to list something, maybe more "How To" segments on using the payroll dashboard. I'm sure there are hundreds of things available, we don't know how to use. Each payroll period is simple for me to file and the response is always timely. Quarterly reports are immediate. The employees are so very helpful and knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about Cavu HCM?** I do not have any dislikes about CAVU employees at all. My only request would be for more updates to the payroll program. **What problems is Cavu HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are saving me quite a bit of time by processing our payroll, and Quarterly/Annual Reports. The onboarding is a game changer! Having new employees complete their paperwork online is so much more efficient. And having all Human Resourse docuements available at all times online is very convenient for the employees. ### 35.
