I find Leapsome very easy to use, and I really like the integrated AI assistant. It's helpful when I'm doing performance evaluations for my team leaders because once I input their scores, it guides me on what to discuss to help them improve their performance. It also makes it easy to write feedback and organize everything in one space. Plus, the initial setup was very easy, self-explanatory, and the steps were clear.

Easy Navigation and Clear Goal Tracking Like OKRs
It’s easy to navigate. I can enter my goals and also define how I’ll know I’ve achieved them, in a similar way to using OKRs. Basically, I have everything I’m trying to achieve—both personal and company-wise—in one platform, and that makes things much clearer.
