I love the 'praises' on Leapsome, they are without a doubt what I like the most. I also enjoy being able to see the meeting notes. It's cool to have all the information at hand without needing to search for it, which greatly facilitates teamwork and makes people feel happier.

I appreciate Leapsome for giving me better insights on how employees are progressing towards their goals. I find the learning paths great and the weekly template check-ins fab. I also like the AI feature that provides good summaries and helps managers answer questions effectively.
