My favorite feature of Gusto is that it will lessen the burden of mental load on HR and payroll tasks. I am paying it monthly and it makes everything orderly be it benefits or taxes. The reminders and automatic calculations are of particular value to me, as they eliminate time waste and misuse as well as keep the team in check. In the long run it has made the management of employees more predictable, and it has allowed me to concentrate on assisting the staff rather than provide constant error correction.

The speed-to-onboard was the best. It was great to have lots of real people checking on us to ensure we did everything correctly. The integrations and onboarding dashboard were also very helpful to ensure we were doing everything correctly. It was easy to use and understand. Lubna was the best at ensuring all of our questions were answered in a timely manner and really us feel like a valued customer.

I love Gusto's amazing customer support, which is super helpful if you ever make a mistake, it's easy to figure it out with their support and software. It's also really easy to use and makes payroll, which can be so intimidating, super easy to understand. The initial setup was super easy as well. Plus, Gusto integrates really well with QuickBooks.
