"Ease of use and amazing service"

What do you like best?

The P-44 team is very communicative, they resolves issues quickly and always take suggestions seriously. We have never reached out to the team and had to wait for a response or follow up. Everyone is very helpful and friendly in each department.

What do you dislike?

Additional features would be nice but there are always more on the P-44 road map. It would be nice if certain upcoming features were posted publicly by the dev team or sent out to us. Sometimes we do not hear about a new feature until we are randomly on call with the team.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Certain carriers require more to setup in P-44; it may be beneficial to get your account managers involved to ensure that all the necessary information is in place. One more important point to note is that not all carriers push through the same accessorial information in their API's...Be sure to get with your carriers to confirm which accessorials to use within the portal to ensure your quotes are correct.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have made our shipping department more efficient with P-44 and have been able to realize cost savings for freight as well as our daily operations.

"P44 works well, but the newest version and some key aspects do not work as well with Mcleod."

What do you like best?

Ease of getting carriers rates, tracking and pulling paperwork once everything is set up for our accounts.

What do you dislike?

The setup with Mcleod was very time consuming . Excessive length charges do not pull successfully for all carriers. With version 3, simple items such as dispatching a carrier is having issues which makes it difficult to use for our operation team. Only having 1 day a week when updates/fixes will be pushed out makes problem resolutions not be in a very timely manner. It especially difficult when a update/fix is pushed out and to discover that the fix did not work, so it makes resolution on issues very drawn out.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Pulling accurate carrier rates and tracking more efficiently. We no longer have to have huge tariffs built in our system and updated on a constant basis.

The ease of use in the system and easy to find help guides in the knowledge vault

I don't have much to dislike. No issues

It is a very goodproduct that is easy to use. Response time on any issues or questions is very quick. I have not had any issues with the system.

"The Right First Step"

What do you like best?

The ease with which you are up and communicating with your carriers is second to none. A user-friendly interface and step-by-step guidance from our account manager has made our application development a breeze. Whenever I am asked about adding a new carrier to our wheelhouse I always ask "Are they already established with project44?".

What do you dislike?

I can't say anything negative about project44. Their staff has been supportive and helpful at every turn.

Don't hesitate to look into what project44 can do for your organization.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We knew we needed a quick method to interface with our carrier partners and didn't have the time to spend establishing API connections with each one based on their individual needs and schemas. We have been able to get a basic TMS developed and operational in a record amount of time thanks to the forethought of project44.

"Project44 has really helped our company to increase our profits"

What do you like best?

This software is cloud-based thus you are able to access it any time and anywhere. Project44 has very good communication tools which makes it possible for you to share thing with your teammates easily. This is one of the software that are easy to use and user-friendly.

What do you dislike?

This software is expensive especially for people with small businesses. It is also challenging to use this software especially to new users. The customer support is not very friendly it needs improvement.

For all activities that are done in project management this software will help you to perform them easily.

Communicating with my fellow teammates, project management, evaluation, monitoring and allocation of duties and resources has been achieved in our company because of this software.

"Great Partnership"

What do you like best?

The partnership between McLeod Software and project44 has been top notch. The two software technologies have been able to mesh together very well and has made LTL rating, dispatching, tracking, and imaging quicker, easier, and less of a headache to maintain.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, the relationship has been so fantastic, I can't think of anything negative at this point.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take a look at all the functionality the they offer. It really is fantastic.

McLeod customers have realized that using project44 gives them better, quicker functionality for their LTL needs. The need to put in and maintain their own carrier rates is no longer there. You set up the connection with project44, and those rates are there.

"Easiest Onboarding To Date"

What do you like best?

The onboarding speed and constant support with Project44 is amazing. We were up and running with a multitude of API connections in a single day!

What do you dislike?

I have nothing negative to say about Project44. Their attention to their customers is top notch.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Setting up numerous API calls with each carrier we do business with was going to be a daunting task until we identified Project44 as the solution. We were able to get our solution in front of our customers in record time, saving resources and avoiding frustration was a huge win.

"Amazing support"

What do you like best?

Project44 platform is quite simple to use and its team provides an amazing support on all fronts. They are always quickly responsive, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Their documentation material (pdf, videos, etc.) is clear and perfectly comprehensible, which allows everyone to understand.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I dislike but maybe the addition of some additional features would make the experience even better.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Project44 permits us to have a real-time tracking of the trucks, thus, to anticipate any problem we could encounter.

"Game changer for our business"

What do you like best?

Instantly integrated with all of our client's LTL carriers. On-boarding and customer service teams are very helpful and supportive. We wouldn't have the business we do today without project44's APIs

What do you dislike?

None come to mind; project44 has been a great partner

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a wide customer base that hit most LTL carriers; we needed to quickly integrate to all of those. We've been able to significantly reduce rating and billing errors due to project44's Rating API and now have more accurate tracking data available
