**What do you like best about project44?**

Project44’s modern interface and comprehensive tracking metrics help us proactively flag delays and stay on top of our operations. We can also set up multiple users with different access levels in P44 to cover all our load categories, which helps us get the most value out of the product.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

There is not much that we dislike about project44. If we had to say one thing, it would be that sometimes a few of the reports in the platform are a bit inconsistent and don't perform to par. However, we are always able to chat with our P44 reps and get these issues sorted through their great customer service.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project44 is enabling companies to use AI to stay on top of their tracking, and this is really helping us proactively flag delays in both our inbound and outbound operations. In an industry where delays and other issues are very important to get ahead of, p44's product is very valuable to us.

There are no issues with the product. Of course we had issues in the implementation phase which are solved in a short time.

Live Visibility, Reducing communication between customer, logistic dept, depot, carrier side,
Increased productivity and help us save time for the tracking + by implementing the Yard Management we now can organize our Sites and have the full visibility of the day schedule

**What do you like best about project44?**

I like project44 for its detailed visibility into shipment tracking, which wasn't possible before using it. With project44, I can see not just the shipment's location but also understand what happened to it during transit and identify any hiccups. I appreciate the root cause analysis feature because it helps us see which issues we're facing network-wide and categorize them by severity. This way, we can efficiently address each problem with targeted solutions. Also, the initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, and it works very well. The level of visibility and insight project44 provides is very valuable for the industry we're in.

I think the carrier or vendor creation process could maybe work a little better.

I use project44 for visibility in tracking shipments. It solves my problem of unreliable tracking by providing detailed data on all shipments, helping to identify any transit issues.

Project44 provide clear visibility into the status of all shipments with it's TMS offerings it helps with the execution and planning. The integration with SAP has helped us and UI/UX and ease of use it great. We never faced any performance issues or pricing concerns. AI enabled agents are great as well

as of now nothing we can see all shipments and it helps us with the execution and customer relations with procurement as well

Not being able to see the most recent integrations. On most accounts, we have to wait up to a month to see the change.

They created a new page called Movement that has a wide range of tools to us. We have bi-weekly meetings sometimes to go over possible changes/upgrades.

The system aligns with my expectations. There is room for improvement in the "Test simulator". It would be better to have manual control over the different milestones instead of having to wait for an unknown amount of time for the test to move forward

I like the user friendly platform where there are many options of personalizing the information that is reflected. The performance is good. There is a lot of data available.

Downloading excel reports from the platform is a hassle. This takes too many steps/clicks to get a simple datasheet.

Inconsistancy of carrier updates is being chased by P44 on their own initiative, which takes away pressure from us.

The partnership from the P44 team both in improving our current visibility and data and being receptive our needs as a customer has been huge for us as an organization.

The platform has been very easy to navigate both as a visual and reporting tool that i use on a daily basis.

There is not one particular thing i could call out, like any software there are always going to be exceptions and one offs, but our p44 is always availiable to help us through them

P44 has been instrumental in addressing all of our forecasting challenges. Knowing exactly when our product will arrive allows us to plan demand and manage replenishment with much greater accuracy. The predictive ETA feature has proven invaluable, especially as we have navigated numerous weather-related and geopolitical issues in recent years.

**What do you like best about project44?**

I like the easy handling of project44 and the information I receive about the movement platform. It's particularly good that the manual effort in tracking shipments is minimized. Additionally, I appreciate that project44 is directly connected to our SAP, allowing real-time data from the ships to be integrated directly into our DMS or ERP system, thus saving resources.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

Unfortunately, it is not as we imagined it, and that is unacceptable. It was originally promised that we could track rail shipments like sea freight and air freight transports, but that was not possible due to restrictions, and the alternative solution doesn't really work. The service providers are too weakly positioned on this topic. Additionally, the integration of topics like the live positions of Hapag is missing. There are issues with the integration in the parcel area with various carriers and interfaces, for example, it doesn't work so well with DHL, which is a major disadvantage for us.

With project44, my team gains better visibility of our shipments, which improves our planning and reduces manual effort. The integration with SAP provides us with real-time data directly into our system and minimizes resource consumption.

From a product perspective, we appreciate that P44 continuously invests in improvements and innovation. Their efforts to develop solutions that enhance performance, provide detailed analytics for better carrier insights, and explore advanced technologies such as AI for automation demonstrate a strong commitment to progress and efficiency.

On the service side, we value P44’s openness and flexibility in supporting our needs. Initiatives such as organizing workshops and facilitating meetings with us and carriers directly help address operational challenges and strengthen collaboration. This proactive approach contributes significantly to our daily business success.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

From a product perspective, one of the main challenges is the lack of easily accessible, user-friendly instructions for carriers. Frequent personnel changes on the carrier side, especially among those responsible for tracking and tracing, often lead to knowledge gaps. Having concise, clear guidelines prominently available on the homepage would greatly improve usability and reduce onboarding issues.

Regarding the service, responses from the support team can sometimes be overly technical or high-level, making it difficult for end users to understand the required actions. Additionally, resolution times are often longer than expected, even for relatively simple issues such as TMS disconnections that should require minimal effort to fix. Improving clarity in communication and accelerating response times would significantly enhance the overall experience.

While we acknowledge some challenges, such as occasional gaps in knowledge from the support team and delays in resolving certain issues, we value the way P44 escalates these matters internally and strives to improve with each new ticket. This responsiveness and willingness to adapt are important to us and contribute positively to the partnership.

We are generally satisfied with the collaboration and appreciate the efforts of the current team managing our account. Their proactive approach in resolving misunderstandings and addressing carrier-related issues has significantly improved connectivity.

**What do you like best about project44?**

I find project44 to be a strong platform with good communication with our support team. I particularly value the ease with which we can upload data using both API and flat file over mail, and I appreciate the broad scope of their online platform movement. I also like how easily we can onboard uploading parties and the various options available to create our own views. Additionally, I enjoy the seafreight tracking feature, especially the ability to update clients on ETAs.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

Our biggest grievance is losing the flat file download over mail for shipment updates since that is our current way of working.

**What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use project44 to track our ocean shipments, solving limited visibility in the seafreight part of our supply chain. The platform's strong communication and easy data upload options enhance my experience, allowing me to onboard users easily and update ETAs for customers efficiently.

**What do you like best about project44?**

I really appreciate how project44 continues to introduce new features with the end user in mind. This is valuable because the new options help us pinpoint different issues within our supply chain, which greatly enhances our operational efficiency. I also love the integrability of project44 into our internal systems, which significantly reduces our need for manual tracking. Being able to seamlessly integrate with our systems means we can streamline many processes, reducing time and effort spent on tracking shipments manually. Moreover, the continuous updates and new features provide us with tools that keep pace with the challenges and demands of supply chain management.

**What do you dislike about project44?**

I have issues with the door deliveries and the tracking of imported ocean containers via trucking through project44, as these features don't perform as well as I would hope. Additionally, the information provided by project44 sometimes doesn't make 100% sense, and there seems to be no mechanism on the project44 side to proactively research why this information isn't always accurate. This lack of proactive investigation into data accuracy is concerning.
