The routing engine assists in determining the shortest route and helps minimize costs when delivering orders to the end customer. **What do you dislike about FarEye?** Everything is good, but they should pay more attention during the deployment of new features. **What problems is FarEye solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fareye help us to handle the bulk number of order in a day, by providing the shipment tracking facility and help to manage and delived the product on time by the shortest route. Also, there’s a POD left with customer feature that I can select. When I do, it automatically assigns a task to collect the POD left with the customer, which helps remind me to collect it. **What do you dislike about FarEye?** From a driver’s perspective, there are more steps than necessary that have to be completed before a task can be closed successfully.
