While the legal compliance tools are strong, the benefits management section could use more regional customization. For example, certain countries have very specific benefit norms (like meal vouchers or transportation stipends), and it would be great if those were preloaded instead of manually configured. Remote People simplifies one of the most complex parts of global operations payroll. Managing salaries, taxes, and deductions across multiple countries used to take us weeks. Generating year-end financial summaries could be faster. Large reports with multiple currencies sometimes take time to process. Additionally, a direct export option to integrate with accounting tools like NetSuite or Xero would make financial reconciliation much smoother.
