The team is extremely personable, and for the first time, I've genuinely wanted to become personal friends with the sales team because they are not pushy, they're incredibly collaborative, and eager to solve any problems I might have. Particularly, Harry stands out for understanding our business inside and out, knowing our team by name, and being aware of our challenges, key dates, and milestones. It's amazing how he actively engages with us, and even though we are probably quite a small client for them, they have built a really good relationship with us. Their flexibility is impressive because unlike other EOR providers, which are quite rigid, the Horizons team is extremely flexible within the law. They go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is satisfied. Overall, it's been a really great experience with them.
