I use Procore for centralized document management, easy access to drawings, and efficient tracking of RFIs and submittals. I value the drawings, RFIs, and submittals tools because they help me review revisions and coordinate efficiently with the project team. Procore also helps me communicate, track issues, and improve coordination between project stakeholders while reducing errors and delays. My only real frustration is that HH2 frequently gets stuck, and we end up having to troubleshoot it with our third-party IT company, which hasn’t been very helpful. I also don't like how I manually have to enter all the COI information from each company. I like Procore because it's user-friendly and super easy to learn, especially if you have experience with databases or dashboards since the skills transfer over well. I find it great that Procore provides a lot of support for newcomers, which many products lack. It's also easy to navigate with a seamless flow, making it straightforward to understand what to do next. The setup was simple due to its common sense features — every step just makes sense. I also appreciate the ability to update, control documents, send updates, and chat with my team directly from the software, which replaces having 101 moving parts. I think the training could be improved with more interactive features like sandbox environments for practice. This would give new users more hands-on experience before they dive into the actual interface. Although I haven't encountered issues yet, this seems like an area that could be enhanced. They used to be the clear leader in the industry, and for a long time they really were great. However, their pricing is ridiculous, and we plan to leave once our contract expires. They’re also quickly falling behind in AI, and with AI, about 90% of what Procore can do can be developed essentially for free. The drawing interface is terrible. Bluebeam 15 years ago was a better interface than what procore has today. Also cannot word search entire spec book, only sections. This is a pain when searching for stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Procore’s new AI direction is one of the most promising developments on the platform. The ability to use prebuilt agents for RFIs, submittal reviews, daily logs, contract reviews, safety, and other construction workflows could eliminate a significant amount of repetitive administrative work. I like how Procore integrates multiple services into one hub and makes it easy to connect all parties involved in a project. It really simplifies my job, as I don't have to log into multiple different softwares to share information. The feature where you can create a list of how information is shared to different people is also very useful.
