We're still waiting for the platform upgrade to be rolled out. While the promise of a new and significantly improved product is clear, we have yet to experience those benefits in practice. What I like best about Papirfly is the combination of a user-friendly platform and the people who work there. The support, CSMs, and developers are always helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I find less ideal is that many things need to be hard-coded instead of being more flexible or reusable. For example, when adding a new format or size (such as A4), it has to be added to the license, and sometimes this also comes with an extra cost. It can be hard to get an answer from technical resources when we have a problem. Often times the request gets lost internally, and we never get a response for technical issues that the first line responder cannot answer themselves. The Asset Provider Service lacks basic functionality like being able to serve transparent images, even if the source image has transparency. This is blocking us from switching away from using their old SOAP API. They should work on improving their asset provider service to match functionality provided by other service providers, like Cloudinary. Lacking support for transparency and the behavior of serving random un-approved images if no image matches the search defined for the asset provider service makes it very hard to deal with. We us Papirfly to manage Rolls Royce and it does the job perfectly. I would say so well that I could not recognize that it was hosted by papirfly. What I like about it is that it is super easy to use especially with some training. The freedom you have with making it your own is incredible and stands out from the rest. Once I got training on it, I was amazed with how well organized everything is and easy to fund stuff. I would recommend this to any brand no matter the size. As far at the platform goes, our team loves having a singular platform that is sorted by tags, campaigns and even media types. Would love the search to be more robust, for example, the ability to search for pictures of a vehicle with people or without people, etc. Subject matter tags would help and predictive search based on most popular inputs could really push the platform forward. I think the platform could be even more user-friendly for both admins and users. For example, once you upload files, you cannot easily rearrange their order, which means I often have to spend extra time re-uploading them.

I used to have an excellent CSM who had deep knowledge of the platform, which made it easier for me to resolve issues or get support.

My organization uses Papirfly to organize all brand assets, like images and campaigns. This makes it incredibly easy to centralize everything we need to product company materials, and keep everyone 'singing from the same hymn sheet'.
