What do you like best about Papirfly?

We us Papirfly to manage Rolls Royce and it does the job perfectly. I would say so well that I could not recognize that it was hosted by papirfly. What I like about it is that it is super easy to use especially with some training. The freedom you have with making it your own is incredible and stands out from the rest. Once I got training on it, I was amazed with how well organized everything is and easy to fund stuff. I would recommend this to any brand no matter the size. What do you dislike about Papirfly?

There is not much but at first, it does seem like there is a lot and a bit overwhelming but once you get some training, you'll see that everything is pretty self explanatory and a lot less intimidating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Papirfly?

First and foremost, I love their customer service. Our account manager Peter is always happy to help us add users, walk us through features and work with us to ensure we're satisfied.

As far at the platform goes, our team loves having a singular platform that is sorted by tags, campaigns and even media types. We love all the different categories when logging in that show the most updated assets. Overall, it's a very comprehensive platform that is easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly?

Would love the search to be more robust, for example, the ability to search for pictures of a vehicle with people or without people, etc. Subject matter tags would help and predictive search based on most popular inputs could really push the platform forward. "Helpful Technical Support and Good Platform, But Needs Better File Management - Less smooth with CSM"
What do you like best about Papirfly?

I like the platform in general and technical support people are very helful and nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly?

I think the platform could be even more user-friendly for both admins and users. For example, once you upload files, you cannot easily rearrange their order, which means I often have to spend extra time re-uploading them.

I used to have an excellent CSM who had deep knowledge of the platform, which made it easier for me to resolve issues or get support.

My current CSM is nice,He gets the job done, and I appreciate it, but overall, my experience is less smooth than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Papirfly?

My organization uses Papirfly to organize all brand assets, like images and campaigns. This makes it incredibly easy to centralize everything we need to product company materials, and keep everyone 'singing from the same hymn sheet'.

As mentioned in the title, I didn't have to wait long to get support for my log-in issues. They reached out quickly and had me up and running within minutes of receiving the first email support response. It was quick and easy. I was able to login and get my job done with their help. I have been using the system for a year and a Half now and I have found my experience to be pleasant. The customer support team has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond.
