The fact that I get to see what needs to be responded to, creating tags and leaving internal notes for someone elses attention.

Some of the Facebook posts does not always pull through and the long delay in comments appearing on the incoming feed.

**What do you like best about Emplifi?**

Being able to post in multiple platforms as well as being able to extract data (interactions, comments, shares, engaged users, paid reach vs organic reach, etc.,) easily from the analytics feature. 

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

Not being able to see data for the week (only for the posts uploaded during the time period). Another feature for consolidated data per timer period (including dark posts and promoted posts) would be good and very helpful for us.

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use Socialbakers for our weekly reports and it has been very helpful in checking what type of content works best and what content we can further work on.

My favourite aspects of the tool:
Ability to track competitor paid strategy through promoted post detection.
Ability to make comparisons - with performance of owned pages, competitor pages and industry/regional benchmarks.

In the inspiration section of the content section I would like to be able to look for content that contains 1 keyword/phrase and/or another keyword/phrase. At the moment you can only choose does or does not contain in the your search criteria.

I have good news. There's a way to see and be inspired by content no matter how niche, targetted or rare it is. You can build complex logical expressions with keywords & phrases for deep content inspiration.

Social Baker's reporting remains the best in the business, however, the evolution of the suite takes things to a new level and demonstrates how the platforms intuitive approach can be applied to all the different areas of any brand or agency's social business.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

While the dashboards are one of the most popular features with all of our clients, with the growing interest in LinkedIn, it would be good to have relevant insights as part of the deeper analytics area.

A partnership with a more advanced listening tool that could elevate this aspect of the platform would result in a complete one-stop solution. 

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social Bakers has allowed us to streamline our social processes. The platform provides a greater level of transparency that has helped us to engage team members, stakeholders, and clients, resulting in reactive and insight-led collaboration.

The major upside is the near-to immediate upskilling of the team following the belated introduction of Social Bakers to our in-house digital arm.

No real downside. The caveat though is that we are new users, and have yet to test the limits of the tool.

Negotiate well. We secured a good deal

What I like most about the tool is the Analytics part which allows me to analyze in detail several KPIs of our accounts like for instance the primetime and publishing optimization.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

What I like a little less is the lack of cross-platform campaign analysis. Each campaign has to be analyzed separately.

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this tool on a daily basis because thanks to the Dashboard section, I can have a global vision of the activity of the countries in my region and thus challenge them.

it is simple, clean and straight forward really like the interface they have to manage the User-Generated content. and if have have any doubts i can contact them and will help me.

Personally, the attention that the company itself gives us. they are super helpful and friendly always helping us out on how to do a better performance. they contact us on a month to month basis to see if everything is ok, is there anything they can do on their part. highly recommended.

Highly recommended it to any company that does e-commerce, since you can boost conversions, including Rating & Reviews, Community Q&As, Visual Reviews, and Checkout Comments. This is making it easy for retail stores to connect with customers.

It also has a simple UI design that it actually doesn't break the design layout of the of any site.

Customer reviews!...our customers some times need a little more push to be able to make the transaction. that's where TurnTo review system comes into play, since customer sometimes are afraid of making the purchase they can read the review from other customers.

By using Turn-To we have the ability for our new customers to read first hand reviews from our existing customers who use and love an item. They get a better idea of how some items fit, no more wondering if an item runs large or small! 

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

The only complaint I have is that some of our customers use the Turn-To application to advise on a non-received order or an issue with an order/item instead of contacting Customer Service directly to get the issue addressed. This is by no means a Turn-To flaw!

Customers and manufacturer's are able to answers questions based on first hand knowledge of how an item works or fits. This has helped to guide potential customers to know if an item will fit their or their animals needs.

Content categorization where I can differentiate between the campaign and non-campaign contents. Also, I can compare based on performance.

I also love that this feature enabled us to track the type of content and the author of the post.

The sentiment analysis still has to be done manually, thus needs extra time to do data cleansing.

Also, no categorization for Instagram Stories.

Solving our client's customer service officers to tackle negative comments on their social media with the sentiment analysis.

The only thing I wish we could further partner on is the integration with our own company product information as far as reporting for further ease of internal sharing and reporting.

The interactive dashboards allow us to see a wide range of data. The teams are also very responsive and helpful when I need assistance.

The review acquisition process is slower than expected. And sharing the data is a bit tricky as well without requiring everyone to have a login. It's also difficult to filter or mass select on review content.

Just further innovating the tools and user friendliness will be a big win! The team is great to work with so I can see good movement in their future.

TurnTo admin platform is one of a kind, it has all the information ready to report, to give insight to the different areas involved, it's intuitive and user-friendly, you can export reports in .xls or .csv so you can analyze and send to Directives. It is easy to customize with your needs, you can change the look and feel as much as you want, you can add custom css or js and it will work perfectly, it has an API that can be read by an App and works perfectly, it goes directly into the admin so you see from which platform was the review made.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

I would suggest to add more query filtering  so you can get a report with the best and worst real value, because, sometimes you need to hide some reviews that complain not from the product, but the time of arrival, and the content report do not hide this on the all data export. That is the only thing I would change.

TurnTo Platform has everything you need, grow a large and happy community of customers that are able to express themselves and will be heard by the company itself.

Everyone wanting to buy a product consult the Ratings & Reviews in anther ecommerce site, where millions of reviews are posted, this often redirect our customers to that site and we loss that buy, but now, people are staying in out store, because the reviews are really helping customer make a positive decision to purchase that product.

They were with us every step of the way. TurnTo helped us to enable reviews and review solicitation emails for our extensive product offerings.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

TurnTo needs to allow customers to modify their reviews based on interactions with Customer Service. Many times a dissatisfied customer will have a change of heart once her issues have been addressed. Also, a reviewer may downgrade a product for reasons that don't have anything to do with a designer. Once they understand that they are inclined to change their review but are unable to do so currently.

Reviews for our products provide positive social proof. The user-generated content means more information about our products for our customers which increases buyer confidence and helps them make informed decisions about what they are buying.

TurnTo was extremely helpful in the integration process for M2 extension!  We had unique roll-up cases, for our products, and had requests that weren't denied when consulting and implementing the extension.  The Project Leads and Staff respond promptly and with all information needed to make sure you feel valued as a client.  

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

There are a few bugs that came up once the integration went live.  Although, TurnTo has been active in fixing them and ensuring the UX is not hindered. 

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TurnTo has provided a way for our company to be more transparent to our customers; we're able to publish low-star reviews and show live responses to the issues/concerns our customer may have had with the product. As we have a robust and engaged customer base, TurnTo allows us to easily moderate user generated content around the products we sell.  Without this help, we would not be able to incorporate the extensive feedback we receive to our site, which greatly enhances the customer experience.  Our product can be complicated and the Ask Owners feature allows people to access a lot of unbiased research before purchase.

We also have quite a few customers that provide us with reviews.Which again, only validates the products we sell and our unbiased approach.  We will published negative and positive reviews of the products we sell.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

The biggest thing is the limited editing window, and the fact that customers can’t make edits to reviews themselves. It would be great if there was a process to allow users to make edits that we’d then be able to approve or hide with the review.

At the very least it would be nice if we could make full edits to reviews with formatting rather than just simple text edits.

Well, much like I said in the what do you like best section, TurnTo allows us to easily engage with our customer base and provide a rich customer experience on our site as our products often are heavily researched before purchase.

Reviewing the reviews is a little tedious, it would be nice if there were basic tools like "select all" to mark an entire page as posted or hidden.  This is a backend small issue

The influencer tool is pretty awesome when it comes to identifying new influencers, or as we like to use it for, rating and grading current influencer relationships.

I was so excited to get SocialBakers for my agency to replace our mismatch of social tools, and add an influencer tool. I was sold hard on the platform, but as soon as the paperwork was signed, realized it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. The base package doesn't include anything - no community management, no social listening, no optimal times for posting. You can upgrade at a price of $20 per social channel you manage. So far, not worth it.

Ask more questions than you need to on the sales call. I was oversold and was not provided with the products we discussed via the phone. Get EVERYTHING in writing!

I have worked with the TurnTo team from the beginning of us launching our new ecommerce site. During the integration process, they were very involved in making sure it was configured correctly and proactive with our web development agency on troubleshooting. 

This level of support has continued as we refine how we display Reviews, Checkout Comments, and Questions. This includes having a customer success manager who looks at performance and makes recommendations that are relevant to our business. They are also very collaborative with our other partners on both increasing ways to leverage content or with troubleshooting.

One issue we have had is around customizing how we display Reviews, Checkout Comments and Questions for product variants of a master product. As a testament to their approach working with customers, they they have helped with finding workarounds and have solved this issue in the next big release later in 2018.

We are able to have a robust suite of customer content on the site including reviews and a questions and answers section that allows users to ask questions and have fellow customers or us answer those. It allows us to create more comment that is available to everyone and not in a one-to-one interaction with a customer service rep. 

The product reviews have been great because we can repurpose that content for other marketing channels such as email and retargeting ads.

How you have the ability to make your Instagram shopable to drive through more direct sales. I also like the ability of visual users review to showcase how people like their products because many consumers go to reviews before purchasing a product.

I have yet to really experience any dislikes with this product so far. It’s overall very easy to use and to get data from. For a small business or someone starting out the price point per month could be rather high.

When selling smaller items or wanting people to look through your site to look at items this is a easy software to use. It’s easy to generate your products out in the social media world which is always growing. Pixlee also makes it easy to create hashtags, location based photos, and tagged photos for your business so you don't have to spend hours/days trying to  find customers social media photos for your product as well.

I like that it is a complete, easy and intuitive tool to use. I have used several tools and socialbakers gives you a lot of information and everything is necessary while others give you endless data that in the end does not add up or subtract you just makes the interface more complicated.

And what I like most is that you also work with common formulas which allows you to compare yourself with the industry or competition.

In general we have had a good relationship with the platform, obviously when Facebook or some tool fails, it also fails Socialbakers, but not because of its platform but because of the data source.

The portal and integration with Adobe has made survey reporting easy and allowed us to get even deeper into our insights, drivers of website satisfaction and industry benchmarks. The team there is also super helpful and there IBA (issue based analysis) is a great way to take your survey data to the next level.

We haven't yet taken advantage of the one-off surveys or pop up survey options. Would like to have more support in coming up with strategic use-cases.

Not necessarily a dislike but 2 eager suggestions:
1. Improve the backend UI, a bit old looking and not as intuitive as it could be.
2. Please please please include Shopper Reviews (otherwise we'll need to get Shopper Approved) to handle this, TurnTo does the best product reviews & Q&A, but Shopper Approved owns the aggregated shopper review that gets seen a lot in branded SERPs.

**Recommendations to others considering Emplifi:**

The implementation team for TurnTo was absolutely A++++! They walked us through each and every step of the process and the results speak louder than my words. We were averaging 10 reviews per day, after TurnTo we saw about 400 reviews per day - it eventually normalized to now we're anywhere between 100 - 200 reviews and about 50 - 100 Q&A submissions per day. This ads crawl-able content submitted to Google for SEO juice and adds customer confidence in seeing others reviews and upvotes/downvotes. Also, we're able to easily respond and remediate any issues a customer has during their shopping/product delivery experience. Pretty easy implementation, ensure you are setup with a dev/test environment and you can import legacy reviews from current platform and you'll be golden.

Implementation is not always straight-forward, particularly when you need to be creative, and documentation is relatively sparse. Some components, like the Comment Card, are standardized (for good reason), but it makes this feature less useful and desirable under alternative scenarios. Management portal is sometimes slow. Some elements are not customizable. 

**Recommendations to others considering Emplifi:**

iPerceptions is good for focused campaigns and small-medium businesses that want or need a quick solution to sampled pulse/triggered surveys over a period of time, or those who are looking for capturing feedback from users through a mostly standardized form. Their dashboard offering is fairly strong and it makes reporting easy at various levels, though it may require assistance or professional services initially. They've also introduced text analytics to yield more from open-ended text fields, and continue to grow.

However, like many other EFM Systems out there, costs are balanced with features, so the more features added the greater the investment. Fortunately, unlike many other EFM's iPerceptions model is not based on # of surveys or survey completes which allows you to explore, test and be experimental.

Identifying pain-points and opportunities when using our primary website. Regularly measure satisfaction, task completion and other KPIs of success to continue driving traffic.

**What do you like best about Emplifi?**

Sosbek, everybody at the office calls it sosbek. I like the way it displays data; it can capture and display data in a very simple way. Besides that, the customer service is very welcoming and fast. They can solve every bug, problem, or complaint quickly. Keep it up.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

<p>Very costly, we have to pay more if we want to add another social media profile to track. We cannot remove publishing tools, we have other tools to publish on FB.</p>

Sosbek has predictive tools; it can predict which content will perform best on Facebook. I used it to choose which content to publish as ads.

The Q&A responses have been amazing, we're getting almost 25 responses on average for every 1 question. They are on par or higher than other companies we have used in getting product and company reviews.

**What do you dislike about Emplifi?**

The dashboard is lacking and can be a little difficult to use at times. It could be a bit more user-friendly. I would like to see more FAQ on how to use each section. I would like to see better reports as to how the program is working.

**Recommendations to others considering Emplifi:**

If you want more reviews and Q&A, then TurnTo has beat out Yotpo, Trustpilot, and others in numbers of reviews they have brought in. I am happy that they get us more for less cost.

**What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting more "bang for our buck" from TurnTo. We see many more customers actually getting involved in reviews and Q&A, which helps potential customers decide to buy rather than leave. It makes our company look professional when so many customers are responding about what they like, dislike, and helping other customers. The Q&A also helps customers remember our company and come back regularly, hopefully leading to more sales.

We needed an affordable, simple solution for understanding ROI in our employer branding and social recruiting efforts. Socialbakers worked with us to configure our reporting in a way that presented current results, trends over time, hashtag use, competitor comparison in ratio to community size, and Google Analytics conversion metrics. Each dashboard can easily be exported into a PDF to send, a PPT to edit and arrange within a larger presentation, or Excel for pivoting against other business reports. This tool has saved us 120 hours in manual reporting per year and helped us to quickly identify effective and ineffective content to course change strategy quickly, decreasing our average cost-per-click by 33% in less than one year.
