DAM system also having the capability to manage, approve and share assets in their organization. DAM also help us to provide information on how much usage of digital assets and its performance. **What do you dislike about Sharedien?** Sharedien experiences performance issues or downtime, it could impact your workflow and productivity that we observe. **What problems is Sharedien solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sharedien DAM software helps us manage different versions of assets, Also users have access to the most up-to-date files and reduce the risk of using outdated content ### 2. It helps teams to create assets by providing an easy to learn task management. Assets can be tagged using different AI engines, such as Clarifai, Microsoft, etc... Integrations into Marketing or PIM systems can be quite easily implemented via REST API. Editing functionalities are quite strong so you do not necessarily need to manipulate the assets in desktop applications like Photoshop. Nevertheless Adobe and Microsoft applications can be integrated via CI Hub to easily use the content within you typical creative or office apps. The Sharedien system is backed by a very strong "rule engine" with which you can easily build business rules for automating lot of tasks which you would have to do manually in other tools, especially in maintaining metadata. The Distribution Module support you to automate and fully control your publication process. Additionally it is possible to publish your assets via the built-in web portal function. DRM is very strong without need to use an external 3rd party DRM tool. Customer support is very good and flexible! The tool is steadily developed further, it is really nice to see how the app continuously improves with great useful functions. **What do you dislike about Sharedien?** There are tools with some more functionality on the market. Video editing functions are not yet complete. **What problems is Sharedien solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing and distributing DAM content. Connecting the content with PIM and eCommerce and delivering assets to many other internal and external platforms.
