What do you like best about Close?

Close makes it really easy to manage and track all communication in one place. The built-in calling, email sync, and lead tracking are seamless, and the Smart Views save a lot of time when prioritising outreach. What do you dislike about Close?

The reporting side could be a bit more customisable, especially when it comes to team performance breakdowns and activity tracking. Sometimes filters or exports require a few extra steps. What do you like best about Close?

Simple user interface, easy to set up and blast campaigns, tons of features like HL. I like how it is organized in the right column. I love that it is web-based. The mobile app works pretty good, a lot better than Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

The redundancy. It would be better to only have one day to perform a function, not a half a dozen. Not knowing all the features and how to utilize them eats at me. I know I can learn more. What do you like best about Close?

It's easy to use, and both leads and tasks are organized in a way that makes tracking simple. The integrations are impressive too, with LinkMatch being a particular favorite of mine. I really appreciate the task function—each day, I just check my inbox to see what needs to be done. When we first started, getting set up was effortless; with just one click, we were able to start using Close right away. Customer support has also been quite responsive. What do you like best about Close?

Close is incredibly intuitive — the ease of use is one of its biggest strengths. From day one, our team could navigate the platform without training, and it’s made daily tasks feel effortless. The number of features is also impressive: everything from lead tracking to automated follow-ups is built in, but it never feels bloated. The ease of implementation was a pleasant surprise — setup was fast, and we didn’t need a long onboarding process. Plus, the ease of integration with our existing tools made adoption seamless. What do you dislike about Close?

Honestly, very little. If anything, I’d love even more customization in reporting views. That said, the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions — so even small issues get resolved quickly. What do you like best about Close?

What I like the most is the email campaign and workflow feature. It helps us reach more people with mass campaigns, and at the same time, we can send quick one-to-one emails right after a call using templates. What do you like best about Close?

Finally upgraded to the $149 (scale) plan and I couldn't be happier. I use the Close mobile app because I'm always on different job sites. What do you like best about Close?

The user end for me and for my callers has been very easy. Everything is at hand, from emails to notes, without having to fumble around to find them. The smart views are dynamic and make sure that the leads I call are during their local business hours. Customer support always gets back to me very quickly when I have a question. What do you dislike about Close?

As amazing as the front end is, the back end does need some work. The hierarchy between the super admin account and sub accounts is not quite there yet. Before Close, I was used to being able to log in as a super admin and being able to change the settings for sub-users. On Close, those settings have to be changed while logged in to the actual sub-user account. Last I reached out about this a few days ago, they said they are working on it. The leads tab is particularly useful as I spend most of my time there, benefiting from its ability to filter and sort by various columns to manage my contacts effectively. The function to send mass emails tailored by custom filters is incredibly beneficial, enhancing my communication with leads. I also find the ability to set specific tasks and reminders for calling or emailing contacts essential in maintaining organized follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Additionally, the ease of integrating my Outlook account stands out, as it allows me to seamlessly manage emails directly through Close, further streamlining my workflow. Setting up Close was remarkably straightforward; I managed to import my previous contact and lead data from an Excel sheet in under an hour, making the transition to using Close smooth and hassle-free. Overall, these features make Close convenient and efficient, allowing me to get my tasks done faster, which is why I'm highly likely to recommend it to others. I wish there was a reminder or marker to show where contacts are missing information, such as a phone number. This feature would help ensure no information is forgotten or left blank unintentionally when entering contact details. A system to check off if a field is purposefully left blank would be helpful. The integrated calling infrastructure makes it easy to handle pipelines efficiently, and the unified inbox further contributes to a seamless experience. It has just the right amount of features to genuinely help me organize and manage my pipeline tasks effectively. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be straightforward, thanks to the comprehensive tutorials that made the process easy and accessible. What do you dislike about Close?

I think it would be beneficial to have the ability to book meetings directly within Close. Currently, while there is calendar integration for keeping up with meetings, it doesn't allow booking them directly from the platform.
