What do you like best about Chattermill?

It finally gives us a proper, unified view of what members are saying, without having to dig through ten different systems. The dashboards are great for spotting trends fast, and I love how we can slice things by themes like onboarding or matching to see what’s actually driving sentiment. It’s also been a genuinely collaborative partnership — their team’s been proactive in helping us tailor it to how we work and link insights directly to business outcomes. quick way to reference reviews, ability to filter down and see as much detail or less as you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chattermill?

I've notice data accuracy is not great, at times data will change from one month into the other. Also I hate that i cant export data in a way that's ready to be leveraged on excel. Also, report making tool needs a lot of work. Layouts are always tricky to manage, noticed specially challenging when dealing with tables, were you cant modify the width of columns, also colours for each series are limited, and cant be customized; wich brings me back to the fact that...on one hand you dont facilitate exporting the data to quickly levarage it on excel/sheets, that would indicate high level of confidence on your own reports/dashboards, but as a constant user i know that's not the case.

Also the sentiment algorithm is innacurate, at times it will pick negative sentiments, where I read the review there's nothing that indicates a negative sentiment towards the product. Finally would love to add a word map or word count as visualization options for the data.

Again, if you don't excel at exporting data, then excel at reporting/dashboard experience, today there's gaps in both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chattermill makes it really easy to manage your customers and their reviews. It helps in providing a better and exceptional service to the customers. For the internal stakeholders, it has great features like sentiment analysis which helps in making better product changes and business decisions. It is seamless to implement in a new team, and integrates easiliy with other existing tools. All our customer reviews are managed through chattermill on a daily basis. What do you like best about Chattermill?

Data extraction, as well as being able to filter with tools such as themes and phrases for specific categories. On the recent features, new AI capabilities are enabling teams to save a lot of time on summarizing customer trends and feedback, while the soon to be released Copilot feature adds Chat-GPT like elements to the tool. Lack of report personalisation can sometimes be an issue: even though the tool is easy to use and does report fast, periodically, when you want to modify some aspects of the preestablished graphs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can get all the information you need from different sources (ex. Airbnb, booking, google, our own, etc) in just one place.
