What do you like best about Modjo?

I use Modjo as a notetaker, transcript and feedback tool, follow-up email generator, summary tool, and as a way to get up to speed before a follow-up call. I really appreciate that it takes away the need to take any notes or memorize longer conversations. I find the follow-up emails great and really enjoy how Modjo summarizes key points without missing any important details. I also like that it can follow frameworks like MEDDPICC. What do you dislike about Modjo?

What do you like best about Modjo?

I use Modjo every day to record all my deals, whether it's on Gmeet video calls, calls via Aircall or Hubspot, and emails via Gmail. I like to challenge the AI assistant to generate response and reformulation emails. I like being able to ask questions about entire deals and have access to all the channels used. I have integrated Modjo with Hubspot to request anything I want about ongoing deals without leaving Hubspot. I also appreciate the rating system for video calls or calls to guide my sales team, and the library of demos or case studies to help them. Everything is well centralized, which makes it easy to find information, and the AI allows us to quickly get answers to our requests. The ease of use of Modjo is remarkable, and the onboarding as well as the connection to my tools were incredibly easy. The AI is very efficient and I love using it. What do you like best about Modjo?

Modjo has made tremendous progress, and it truly takes a huge workload off my shoulders. As a salesperson, I use Modjo on a daily basis and I honestly wouldn’t know how to manage everything without it. The demo summaries keep getting better, and the integration with Salesforce works flawlessly every time. What do you like best about Modjo?

I use Modjo every day and what I like the most is how simple and intuitive the tool is. Everything happens naturally, without any hassle. I also appreciate the fact that Modjo integrates perfectly with HubSpot or Google Meet: it really streamlines my daily routine and saves me from juggling multiple tools. Sharing recordings is super convenient for collaborating with my colleagues, and the recorded calls help me enormously with my follow-ups: I save a lot of time on my emails and reporting. I love how Modjo supports me daily during my meetings with clients by generating reports in my CRM. I appreciate the integrated AI that generates emails or summarizes an exchange, allowing me to fully focus on my interaction with the client without worrying about taking notes. The reports are directly available in the CRM and organized according to the points discussed, which is very convenient. Additionally, the installation was very easy. What do you like best about Modjo?

Very little to do on my end, my calls are recorded automatically, the transcript is of good quality, and the generated summary is fully operational. I can go back to past calls and find what was said with prompts. It is therefore used daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
