What do you like best about Modjo?

Modjo has made tremendous progress, and it truly takes a huge workload off my shoulders. As a salesperson, I use Modjo on a daily basis and I honestly wouldn’t know how to manage everything without it. The demo summaries keep getting better, and the integration with Salesforce works flawlessly every time. What do you dislike about Modjo?

What do you like best about Modjo?

I use Modjo every day and what I like the most is how simple and intuitive the tool is. Everything happens naturally, without any hassle. I also appreciate the fact that Modjo integrates perfectly with HubSpot or Google Meet: it really streamlines my daily routine and saves me from juggling multiple tools. Sharing recordings is super convenient for collaborating with my colleagues, and the recorded calls help me enormously with my follow-ups: I save a lot of time on my emails and reporting. What do you like best about Modjo?

What I appreciate the most is the ease of use and the quality of recordings and transcriptions. This allows for easy review of calls, identification of areas for improvement, and sharing of best practices with the team. The tool is also very useful for training new employees, as it provides concrete examples from the field. The least practical point remains that some advanced analysis features require an adaptation period to be fully utilized. Integrations with certain third-party tools could still be optimized. Even though the platform is generally smooth, some integrations can sometimes be a bit limited or require more advanced technical configuration. Additionally, processing or synchronization times with certain CRMs can occasionally slow down the workflow. What do you like best about Modjo?

Very little to do on my end, my calls are recorded automatically, the transcript is of good quality, and the generated summary is fully operational. I can go back to past calls and find what was said with prompts. It is therefore used daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Modjo?

Using Modjo has had a real impact on our whole performance in Sales and CSM.

From a CRO point of view, it helps us capture and structure every customer interaction, so nothing slips through the cracks. The AI summaries and CRM filling automations save us hours of admin work, letting us spend more quality time with our customers. We’ve also been able to spot common objections and replicate what our top performers do, which has lifted overall conversion rates and shortened ramp-up time for new hires. What do you dislike about Modjo?

Sometimes the amount of insights is almost overwhelming — there’s so much data that we had to fine-tune our process to focus on the most relevant ones. But that’s also proof of how powerful the platform is.

What do you like best about Modjo?

It saves me so much time, as I do not have to concentrate on making notes during the meeting, but purely focus on the meeting itself.

However, the best part of it is the AI summary, particularly the "Ask AI anything" feature, which allows you to inquire about a specific meeting or account (covering multiple sessions).
